What if the teacher strips and parades the boys in school as a method to punish them? Will the culture of respecting the teacher survive after such incidents? Not likely.

School in Kansai section of the town. Teacher Maria, a modestly dressed young intelligent woman, admits that she sexually abuses young boys but does not feel ashamed or guilty. Is it her wickedness or her confidence in the system that will never punish her for whatever she does or maybe both?She says, “Yes, I did parade them around nude and also took some of them to dark room and threatened them. I can’t beat them up as the law prohibits me from doing so. But when they do not study, their parents come and confront me. I had no choice but to teach them a lesson so that they concentrate on their studies.” Does law allow the teachers to strip young boys and parade them in school? Does law allow teachers to humiliate the dignity of boys?    

Horrifying tales of what students went through in Maria’s classes began tumbling out after a Class II B student, who was paraded nude through the school on Friday, refused to attend school the next day. The parents, however, believe that these incidents are only the tip of the scandal and that a lot more students were similarly humiliated and abused in the school.   

“The kids are so petrified these days that they refuse to go to school. My kid did not tell me what happened to him on the day he was paraded nude. It was only when Shefali approached us that my son narrated his experience,” said Anju D, another abused boy’s mom. Maybe because our society is still blind to the fact that males too are victimized by a woman, whether by a teacher sexually abusing young boys, or a wife subjecting her husband to verbal and emotional abuse. The society is extremely insensitive toward male gender, be it a grown up man or a little boy. Maria may have committed this grievous crime but it is the society, which is empowering these kinds of women. So long the society continues to generalize that each and every woman is good, the society will suffer like this. 

The school principal was as usual unavailable for comments, which is a sign of protection for Teacher Maria. But why is the principal trying to protect Maria? Because the principal, too, is a woman and she might already be familiar with the way boys are sexually abused by Maria, and she might have liked the way to punish boys. Or maybe, like most people, she believes that males do not have any dignity and that males don’t feel humiliated if they are stripped, unlike females. Such attitude, unfortunately, is becoming more and more pervasive in women, and it will expose young boys to be sexually abused in schools and even in their own homes. Assuming that no boy is sexually abused in their homes is empowering the perpetrators.  

Now even in television, we are seeing such despicable attitude in women. An episode shown on Mtv Roadies wherein two girls and a boy secretly entered into another contestant’s room at the time he came out of the shower, the girls began to pull the towel he had wrapped around his waist. He was fighting to protect his dignity and the girls were determined to humiliate him in front of the camera by stripping him naked. The boy was pleading to leave him alone, the girls were laughing out loud and the cameraman was shooting the whole scene of that boy’s helplessness. If a guy would have done such a thing to a girl, he would have been arrested by police for molesting a girl, but when a girl does it with a guy, we forget that the victim is a human being and we laugh it off. Such inhuman attitude toward that innocent boy is prevalent but none is bothered to understand that boys too have dignity and their dignity is no laughing stock for girls of today. Apparently, the society is, in a way, encouraging these girls to humiliate boys more and more by being inhuman toward male gender. Only time will tell how the society’s cruel treatment to male gender will backfire the whole coming generation.   

By letting Maria go scot-free will only encourage other teachers to resort to such methods to humiliate young boys, which is non-physical assault but extremely agonizing. Partially, the society, too, is a cooperative factor in the reason why justice will not be delivered to these young innocent children. Society does not feel the need to take strict legal action against Maria only because the victim happens to be a boy. Now teachers feel that by sexually abusing the kids, the kids will grow up to be a better and successful person. But as long as the society does not wake up to the 21^st century women, the society will go from bad to worse in no time. And then the real fun will begin; the society will then get an explosive kick on their backside for blindly supporting all women and ill-treating male gender.Boys too are sexually abusedWoman can molest a manCan a woman rape?

NCW regularly proved to the Indian society that their only mission is to support unscrupulous daughters-in-law. In the misuse of 498A, old mothers and unmarried, married and pregnant sisters too are arrested on a false complaint of a daughter-in-law. Yes, NCW claims to protect women, but apparently, mothers and sisters of the husband do not qualify to be women of the country. NCW has a massive network of other women organizations and groups, which are always on standby to give guidance to married women approaching them. The most common suggestion given to married women is to file a false dowry harassment case against the husband and in-laws. Even the cops are fearful of these women groups because their scream would be heard in the parliament in this female dominated society.  

There seems to be a major difference between the way society and NCW perceives equality. Society believes that there should be no differentiation of punishment of crime committed. However, NCW believes punishment should be given only to men only because they are men. Do they hate men? You decide.  

The times have changed. Now people don’t get shocked or surprised when they find out that a person (husband or wife) is involved in an extramarital affair. Modern thinking or what? People live a modern life but apparently, NCW wants people to treat women the way they were treated in the Vedic times. No, in Vedic times, women were never involved in any extramarital affairs. According to Indian Penal Code 497, a woman cannot be tried of committing adultery. In other words, a woman committing adultery – being unfaithful to her husband and sleeping around with other man or men – will not amount to a punishable offense. No, the husband can be punished of committing adultery. No, NCW does not believe that this is inequality.  

The Government proposed to amend the existing biased laws of IPC 497, but NCW turned it down. Nobody expected NCW to justify their decision to reject the proposal knowing people’s hatred toward them, but they did. Girija Vyas of NCW said, “Why punish the woman? She is a victim, not an offender. Considering the position of women in Indian society, the NCW took a line against making Section 497 a gender-neutral provision.” Yes, according to NCW, an adulterous woman is a victim. So predictable reaction! But the question arise that adulterous woman is a victim of what? Victim of a man who agreed to have an affair with her or victim of her own sexual needs. They are saying that considering the position of women, gender neutral provision in adultery laws will not be good. For the first time NCW is right. If adultery laws are made gender-neutral, then it is difficult to imagine the numbers of adulterous women who will be punished. The conviction rate will be staggering.  A lot many men who are having an affair with a married woman are unaware that in the eyes of the law, they are actually victimizing the woman. It could be difficult to convince these men of the way the judiciary sees women, but now they will know because people are beginning to oppose any biased laws and media too is pressurized to give voice to these people. Nevertheless, NCW rejecting the proposal is a big relief for adulterous women. Now that their unfaithfulness toward their husband is not an offence, they will find it even more tempting to experiment sexual encounters with different men. It will boost their sexual appetite because their adultery is not an offence. Maybe this is what women empowerment is all about. It was the society who couldn’t realize this when it all started.  

NCW is taking very good care of the desires of unscrupulous wives/daughters-in-laws. Wives can now falsely accuse their husband and in-laws, and blackmail them for money. Wives can extort money by threatening their husband of filing a false case. Wives can kick their husband and in-laws from the house under domestic violence laws. Wives can have extramarital affairs proudly with anybody even when the husband and in-laws are aware of it. In short, it is simply great to be born as a woman in India. Whatever she does, she will always be considered a victim. Surely, these women will be extremely thankful to NCW for legalizing their adultery. What is not illegal is legal. Adultery for women is not illegal and so they are legally adulterous. What more women want now?   

Go married women, have sex with anybody and you be called a victim. NCW is with you. And men will have to learn to accept that his wife will have extramarital affairs with anyone she likes. It depends on individual opinion to view such a stance of NCW as a means to make husbands a pimp – sexual facilitator of his wife so that she can have sex with anybody she likes. If the husband’s right to oppose her wife’s adultery is illegal, then obviously he can be called a pimp.

More shocking is that the husband will be legally punished if he forces his wife to abort her pregnancy for whatever reasons. It is women’s sole prerogative to murder her foetus as she likes and when she likes. The husband has no say in her decision to kill her unborn baby. He has no rights to stop her wife to abort the pregnancy. Yes, Indian society still believes that women are better care-takers of children. Anyways, various laws are enacted to protect those women who want to murder their foetus without determining the gender of the baby. Laws are also enacted to protect women of female foeticide by falsely implicating the husband and in-laws for forcing her to have only male child.  

It will probably take some more time for people to realize that it is always the woman who desire to have a male child. However, men will have to pay the price to live in
India and marrying an Indian woman. There is an increasing number of bachelors who are realizing these days that they aren’t marrying an Indian woman, they are actually marrying a woman who has been given so many legal powers (not rights) that she is, by default, a legal extortionist and a legal blackmailer. It is not the question of being a good human being because it all depends on the woman’s intent to either let her husband live independently or legally harass him to become her slave. Who doesn’t want her husband to become her slave? It is romantic for a lot of woman to see her husband their slaves, and given the legal powers (not rights) to legally force the husband to become their slave is a dream come true for women. No, women are still portrayed as victims. Funny isn’t it? Don’t know what else they want as their legal powers (not rights). 

The modern lifestyle of women has taken away their natural maternal instincts. They are absolutely clueless how to take care of their baby without the expert guidance of an elderly woman who either understands the needs of the baby or has not let the world damage her maternal instincts. Today’s mothers are impatient, reckless and short-tempered. There are several cases discovered where mothers have made a zombies out of their children by nagging them in a such manner that the child will do exactly what his/her mother will say. Sit, stand, walk, shut up, eat, sleep, drink, etc these are the orders received by the child from the mother, daily. Such treatment understandably damages the creativity and independent thinking of the child. Apparently, the father of the child is so much hen-pecked by the verbal domination of his wife that he can either support his wife whatever she is doing or run the risk of getting verbally spanked, nagged, emotionally tortured or maybe divorced too. Yes, this amounts of domestic violence on the husband but he is deprived of his fundamental rights to protect himself from his vicious wife.  

It is these kind of women who are given the powers (in the name of rights to deceive people) to kill their foetus by abortion. Meanwhile, NGOs aggressively propagate the female foeticide issue in order to procure funds from the Government, corporate World; international organizations etc so that they can utilize the funds not for the welfare of child, but to promote, enforce and strengthen women empowerment. UN says that women empowerment is important for the welfare of the children. Yes, because when the foetus is killed by the woman through abortion, the child is saved from coming into the World of female domination. Everybody knows that UN is taken over by radical feminists and vehement protest is going on against UN for destroying the sanctity of marriage and also altering the human civilization for the worst. Indian NGOs can’t control themselves and they too started their own pro-abortion and anti-male campaign to fool the public.  

Again, foetus, an unborn child, is living. Killing the foetus, before or after determining the gender, is a sin, if not a crime in female dominated society that we live in. In a female dominated society, crime does not apply to women because people are unable to understand their deception, and despite they understand their deception they refuse to oppose.

The new Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Bill, 2006 has a very striking similarity with IPC 498A and Domestic Violence Bill. All the three laws are extremely biased. It writes, “Whereas sexual harassment infringes the Fundamental Right of a woman to gender equality under Article 14 of the Constitution of India.” Women groups don’t consider men being the holder of the same ‘rights’ to gender equality under Article 14 of the Constitution of India, and that is why they have no included ‘men’ as aggrieved person. Only women can complain against sexual harassment. Even if a man is sexually harassed by a woman, he has no right to complain. If women groups argue about the number of cases then in that case in foreign countries, men too are given legal protection under sexual harassment at workplace laws because men too are sexually harassed in large number if lesser compared to women. It seems that women groups follow this theory: if 49 men suffer and 50 women suffer, legal protection should be given to only women.  

Aggrieved person can only be a woman. A man can’t complain if he is sexually harassed. Is it not over-generalization in saying that no man in the entire country will ever get sexually harassed by a woman? Are men not sexually seduced by a woman at workplace, then why that is not termed a form of sexual harassment? We all know that a woman’s ways of sexually seducing a man is extremely subtle and they are fairly good at denying it. Women tend to dress and move her body in a manner to excite sexual feelings in men, which has never been considered as sexual harassment.   

Aggrieved female could be major or minor according to this law. Which company would hire a minor girl? Besides, child labour is already banned in the country and so there is no question of seeing a minor girl working in a company instead of studying. And if there will be minor girls working; then is it not important to properly implement anti-child labour laws? This law also protects domestic servants. Yes, a domestic servant can easily blackmail her employer for money.  

Sexual Harassment defined as is such unwelcome sexually determined behaviour such as physical contact, advances, sexually coloured remarks, showing pornography or making sexual demands, whether verbal, textual, graphic or electronic or by any other actions, which may contain:1) Implied or overt promise of preferential treatment in that employee’s employment or2) An implied or overt threat of detrimental treatment in that employee employment or an implied or overt threat about the present or future employment status of that employee and includes the creation of hostile working environment.3) The conduct interferes with an employee’s work or creates an intimidating, hostile or offensive work environment.4) Such conduct can be humiliating and may constitute a health and safety problem.                      Loopholes: What is the difference between ‘welcome’ and ‘unwelcome’? Does that mean a welcome sexual behaviour is acceptable at a ‘workplace’? This law is accepting that women ‘do’ have the tendency to welcome sexual behaviour and that it is alright at workplace. Are women coming to the workplace to work or welcome sexual behaviour? Who decides whether a particular sexual behaviour was welcomed or unwelcomed by a woman? Maybe a sexual behaviour was welcomed by a woman but later she denied it. Is it not possible that she made the man believe that she is welcoming his sexual behaviour only to accuse him later under this Act? Women will put the bait and this law will trap an innocent man easily.    

What is ‘physical contact’? Handshake is a physical contact. Is that sexual harassment? What if a man casually touched a woman’s hand and the woman misinterpreted as a sexual harassment? Colleagues are friends, too. Besides, male models too are victims of casting couch. What about them? It seems that women groups have no Aitraaz if a man is sexually harassed by a woman.  

Workplace means any department/organization, establishment or undertaking wholly or substantially controlled by the Central Government or the state Government or local or other authority under the control of the central or state government.  

Loopholes: Does this mean that after the 33% women reservation in Parliament is passed, a female member can accuse a male member of the parliament of sexual harassment? This will be interesting. Politicians were too curious to approve all legal proposals of women for vote-bank and now it seems these politicians will face the consequences of their own misdeeds.     

In other cases where an employer-employee relationship does not exist- it shall be the duty of the head of the professional body or institute to ensure that1) No student or any person seeking admission to any such institution / professional body or a client is subjected to sexual harassment. 

Loopholes: What if a female student threatens a professor that if he doesn’t give her admission/distinction in some subject, then she will accuse him of sexual harassment? Will he not comply with this female student’s demands? He will.  

Besides, if students too are taken into consideration, then in that case, boys too are sexually harassed and abused. Why that is not a concern for these women groups? After all it is Ministry for Women and “Child” Development. Child is not just girls. In foreign countries too, boys are sexually abused by their female teachers, elder sisters, babysitters and other female relatives of the family. If modern people are following the US Culture, then is it not possible that such incidents will be happening here, too? Incest is extremely private and no survey can give a true statistical picture and therefore considering only female as victims is grossly mistaken.  

Moreover, a boy faces much more traumatic experience than girls after he is sexually abused by someone he trusts because the society does not recognize the truth that a female can sexually abuse a male. A boy will never come out and complain of being sexually abused by someone because it is always the girls who are taught to speak up. Sexually abuse of boys. Last year, an Indian origin, Lina Sinha, working as a teacher in US was convicted of sexually abusing a minor male student. There are hundreds of cases coming up each year of similar nature. Refusing to protect males is only revealing their deception.  

Compensation will be awarded to the person aggrieved by the appropriate court or forum after determining the following factors:1) The mental trauma, pain, suffering and emotional distress caused to the person aggrieved;2) The loss in career opportunities due to this particular incident;3) Medical expenses incurred by the victim for physical or psychiatric help;4) The income and financial status of the defendant. 

Loopholes: What if the income and financial status of the defendant is extremely poor? This implies that the woman will accuse somebody who has reasonable income and good financial status. Poor men will not be accused. Only middle-class and upper-middle-class people will be targeted.  

Internal Complaint Committee shall consists not be less than three members. The committee shall be headed by a woman, who shall be its chairperson. Not less than half of its members shall be women. All the members of the committee should be neutral and unbiased.  

Loopholes: The belief that only a woman can understand another woman is itself negative and biased. What if a woman is filing a false complaint? Will the women in the committee remain biased or give a truthful judgment? What if a man is victimized legally with a false complaint of a woman? Will this biased committee do justice to the man or will stick to giving the woman whatever she wants from him. A man is better equipped to do justice in a case where a man is falsely accused and that is why men are deliberately not given the power to decide.   

Who may file a complaint. 1) An aggrieved woman, 2) In case of death of the aggrieved woman, her legal heir or representative, 3) In case of more than one aggrieved woman, all of any one of more of them on behalf of herself and others, 4) with authorization/written consent on behalf of persons covered by clauses (i)(ii) and (iii) above: (a) A registered trade union, (b) A women’s organization or an non-governmental organization, (c) a co-employeeMay file the complaint on behalf of the complaint in so far it relates to initiating the action under the provision of this Act. 

Loopholes: Why a woman should be allowed to complaint on behalf of an aggrieved woman? This provision is clearly vindictive in nature. Bringing a women’s organization into the complaint process will strengthen a false case. Who could face death out of a sexual harassment at workplace? Why such a provision is given into this Act?  

 Rules of Evidence. In particular, in conducting such an enquiry, the Enquiry Committee:1) Shall be sensitive to the covert private and insidious nature of the sexual harassment and shall take into account that often the aggrieved woman may not be able to lead direct or corroborative evidence.2) Shall not permit any evidence or examination based on the aggrieved woman’s character, personal life, and conduct personal and sexual history.3) Shall take note of the respective socio-economic positions of the parties, their hierarchy in the respective organizations/workplace, the employer-employee equations and the power differences while appreciating the evidence.4) Shall, inform the alleged victim of sexual harassment, that she may give her evidence in writing provided that she makes herself available for examination by the defendant on the same, unless the alleged victim of sexual harassment opts to give her evidence orally.5) May disallow any questions desired to be put by the defendant to the aggrieved woman which it feels are derogatory, irrelevant or slanderous to her.6) Shall inform the alleged victim of sexual harassment, that she may give her answers to questions of a sensitive nature in writing immediately in the enquiry proceedings during cross examination.  

Loopholes: This means that even if a woman has insufficient evidence to prove her allegation, her statement will be, by default, considered genuine. Is this provision not giving powers to a woman to accuse anybody she like because she is not expected to give sufficient evidence? Will this provision not make men vulnerable to get falsely accused? Yes.  

What if the genuineness of the case can be understood only after referring to the aggrieved woman’s character, personal life and conduct, personal and sexual history? By disallowing, this provision is violating fundamental rights of men to defend himself and is against judicial principles. This provision is protecting a false case filed by a woman. This provision also proves that this Act is not worried if an innocent man is falsely convicted.  

Points like Socio-economic position of the parties, organizational hierarchy and power difference are only a means to give more credibility to a woman’s complaint because rarely a man would attempt to sexually harass his female superior. This is totally biased provision and unnecessary and is trying to manipulate the reader of this provision. Bringing these points to the mind, this provision is, in a way, directing the Committee and the employer in support of the complainant and against the accused before enquiry. It is bias.  

Any questions asked by the defendant to the aggrieved woman, that will reveal the falsity of the complaint will obviously be considered by the aggrieved woman as derogatory, irrelevant and slanderous even if it is not. Will she not term the defendant’s questions as derogatory, irrelevant and slanderous in order to protect her false case? She will. The committee should be concerned with giving justice and not think how a woman will protect her false case.    

A written statement alone cannot be considered as evidence in any legal procedure. This is biased. 

Power to issue interim orders. The committee shall have the power to issue appropriate interim orders directing the employer, on the demand of either the complainant or any witness giving evidence in her support, to implement such measures as transfer, changing shifts etc. 

Loopholes: How can the Committee on the demand of the aggrieved woman issue orders to the employer to give evidence in her support? Employer has the right to give genuine evidence, which may support the aggrieved woman or the defendant. The committee has no right to violate the rights of the employer only to strengthen the case even if the case be false. 

Actions to be taken after enquiry. (5) No person accused of an act of sexual harassment under this Act shall be part of the decision making process referred to in this section. 

Loopholes: Then how come the aggrieved woman is part of the decision making process? The aggrieved woman has been given too much power to direct the judgment in her favour from the beginning of the complaint till the verdict. This is bias.      

Complainant not penalized. If a complaint of sexual harassment is dismissed by a Complaints Committee under this Act, no action whatsoever (including recovery of any costs involved in investigating / enquiring into the complaint) may be taken in regard to the same against the complaint/witness/supporters by the employer. 

Loopholes: When a complaint is dismissed by the committee after thorough investigation and enquiry, it is understood that the complaint was false and frivolous. When this Act is providing biased provision to women where the complaint is considered genuine even after insufficient evidence given by the woman, it becomes clear that the complaint was false. Not penalizing a false complainant is directly encouraging others to misuse this biased law even further. Penalizing a false complaint will prevent women to file false cases against an innocent man. Not penalizing the woman proves that misuse of this law is bound to happen but still the woman will remain protected under this Act. The woman will not be penalized for an attempt to destroy a man’s reputation and his career. This provision refuses to acknowledge the traumatic experience of an innocent man who was about to get falsely implicated. This is bias.    

Prohibition against victimization. (1) No person (woman) shall be victimized for anything said or done in relation to any complaints or proceeding under the Act. (2) A person victimizes another person if the person subjects the other person or threatens to subject the other person to any detriment in connection with employment or recruitment or promotion because such person. (i) Has brought proceedings under this Act against any person, (ii) the other person associates with the complainants, (iii) Has otherwise done anything in accordance with this Act in relation to any person. 

Loopholes: Even after filing a false complaint against an innocent, neither employer nor anybody else can do anything. A woman should not be victimized by the employer after she has victimized an innocent man using this biased law. The man who is falsely accused is not considered victimized by the false complainant. His career is ruined but still he is not considered a victim of a false allegation. His reputation in the company is destroyed but he is not considered a victim of a false allegation. This law is protecting the woman who made a false allegation to ruin an innocent man’s career. The employer has the right to terminate the woman for trying to damage an innocent man’s reputation and career. The Committee should have no power to govern the decision of the company.   

No court fees payable: Where an aggrieved woman institutes any suit or legal proceedings in a civil court in respect of an act of sexual harassment which in unlawful under this act, no court fees will be payable by the woman. 

Loopholes: Public money collected as tax is expended in court fees for women who will be filing false complaints of sexual harassment to earn money. The actual victim, man, who is falsely accused, will have to pay the court fees. Why the court fees are exempted for women? This is unnecessary and bias.   

IPC 498A is heavily misused. Domestic Violence will be rampantly misused. And Sexual Harassment at workplace laws too will be misused. All women protective laws are getting misused. Maybe the law itself is deliberately made biased so that it is misused. Women are given so much unnecessary credibility that a man accused is presumed guilty until proven innocent, which has not yet opened the eyes of the Supreme Court that this is violation of judicial principles as well as violation of fundamental rights of men. All these laws are enacted to protect the so-called ‘rights’ of women is all fake. From no perspective these laws can be termed as protectors of women’s so-called ‘rights’. These laws are giving unnatural powers to women to harass, victimize, and blackmail men with the help of these laws.  

Now it is high time. We have tolerated enough. Enough biased laws are been enacted and enough numbers of families and men are legally tortured. Now no more women’s ‘rights’ issues should be entertained in the country. Radical feminists have lost their minds. Don’t allow them to ruin Indian families and now Indian Corporate World. This is getting too much. 

More and more men are committing suicide and are taking decisions to remain single. They can’t take the risk of getting married and see a woman powerful enough to legally torture him and his parents, get him arrested on a false complaint and leave him bankrupt. Now men are fearful that if such biased laws will govern the corporate world, too, then where will they go? There is no safe place for men now in the country. Is this what gender equality is all about? It is no longer a secret that women groups are deceptively trying to get biased laws approved by the Government to legally harass and torture men under the name of women’s so-called ‘rights’. These aren’t women’s ‘rights’. Women are been given extraordinary powers with such biased laws.  They have done enough damage. Not any more. STOP THIS NOW BEFORE IT IS TOO LATE. OPPOSE.

The respect, gentleness and chivalry showered by all men over female-gender for centuries have now become the noose strapped around the neck of all men. Women cunningly went on demanding preferential treatment by exaggerating the need of chivalry, and men continued to feel nice for being in the good books of women. It is evident that for a man to please a woman, he must treat her with respect, gentleness and courtesy. It was the way men expressed their admiration toward female-gender. Men have always been submissive to a woman’s desires. Whatever she wants, the man will do everything to make her satisfied and happy. But, women are insatiable and up to some extent, illogical, too.   

Women re-named the need of excessive chivalry into “Rights” Rights! According to the definition of ‘Rights’, it means ‘a just claim or title, whether legal, prescriptive, or moral.’ An exaggerated and a perverted version of chivalry have been called a Woman’s Rights. Is there anything like Men’s Rights? Not likely. Because it was men who treated women with special favour from the beginning, and women used to relish every bit of it, till they realize that re-naming chivalry to “Rights”, will enhance their dominant role in the society and also remain a weaker gender. This double-edged policy of women worked wonders for all women, and men were absolutely unaware of what is going to happen next. This new version of chivalry as “Rights” was massively politicized. It had become an important political agenda from a mere natural chivalry of men toward women. 

This was perhaps the beginning of the end of social harmony. It is evident that before politicizing “women’s rights”, there exists natural and unclouded gender equality in the society. The insatiable need of women for chivalry in the name of “Rights” was politicized to such an extent that Political ideologies were incorporating these ‘rights’ to augment their social reputation. People who were chivalrous toward a woman – which was then converted into a political and social “rights” of women – were respected in the society, and those who refused or objected on politicizing the women’s need of chivalry were condemned and rebuked. This incident inspired some women to coin the term, “Male-chauvinist pig.” Men began to go to any lengths in order to avoid being called a male-chauvinist pig either by a woman or by the society at large. This treatment given by women and the society to men who objected women’s rights also prevented men to unite and protest against politicizing chivalry. The society continues to be submissive to a woman’s demand of chivalry, and will protect her need of excessive preferential treatment with great aggression. After many decades, a man continues to bear the brunt for not objecting and protesting against politicizing chivalry in those times. Ridiculous legal ‘rights’ have been extracted by women from the pool of political ideologies of protecting women’s so-called ‘rights’ or ‘insatiable need of chivalry’. However, women have worked very hard to maintain the tag of being called the weaker gender and prevent men to unite and protest against their manipulation. Now, in almost all the countries of the World, women’s ‘rights’ is considered most important political agenda. And many ministers have gained considerable political mileage in appeasing the demands of women by sacrificing the social justice. Women’s ludicrous demand of excessive chivalry in every spheres of life has been met, and they are also called the weaker gender of the society. Killing two birds with one stone.  

It is obvious that their demands for ‘rights’ will never end. Even after enslaving male-gender, violating all fundamental rights of men and legally harassing all men, these women will still continue to be called the weaker gender, and the society will continue to accept it as true. Women are enjoying the best of both the worlds. Excessive chivalry of the medieval times, and enjoying unconditional freedom and also be called the weaker gender.  

Men have essentially made a gravest blunder of their species to allow women to politicize their exorbitant need of chivalry. Now, women are on top in almost every political authorities and it is highly unlikely that these women will ever admit the need to protect men’s rights. These women in power are all sadists and feel pleasure in tormenting male-gender. All these women are misandrist and will not allow anybody to provide any protection to these innocent hapless men. Men will soon be totally abandoned, helpless, defenseless, having no legal rights with loads of legal obligations that make up Women’s Rights. After all, women’s need for excessive chivalry in the name of ‘rights’ is all about ruining all men’s basic rights and burdening them with legal obligations toward female-gender. To women, this is what gender equality is all about. 

More and more children are brought up under single parenting than ever before. Children are deprived of the father’s love and affection. This emotional hole in children usually drive them toward violence, drug-abuse and incite suicidal tendencies. Boys are psychologically crippled while studying in a feministic schooling where girls are encouraged to taunt and ridicule boy’s masculinity. Teachers too are making sure that boys lag behind girls in studies. Fathers are unable to imbibe their wisdom of life into their children because the woman assassinates the character of the father to her child. Men are left to be called as mere sperm-bank before marriage and money-making machine after divorce. A woman will get married to a man to get a child, and divorce her husband to get huge alimony. This is the modern culture, where men are considered as oppressors and women are considered the weaker gender.  

Various laws are proposed by anti-male feminists to break marriages, torture men legally and walk away stinking rich. Their anti-male campaign has been facilitated by political parties, media, advertising agencies, NGOs, colleges, schools and even private companies. Male-bashing is the order of the day. Now this misandry culture has been spreading like fire in almost all developed and developing countries. In India, Domestic Violence Bill is introduced on the basis of the survey of United Nation, which as been taken over by radical feminists, and therefore, all their statistical reports on domestic violence on women are fictitious and fabricated. In India, women demand to be worshipped in homes as they assumed that in the vedic times, women were revered in homes. In addition, in vedic times, husbands were considered, “Pati Parmeshwar” (husband is godly). However, when it comes to treating husband nicely, these same women, who demand to be worshipped, like to select tradition as per their convenience and luxury and condemn the rest of the undesirable tradition calling all men as oppressors and criminals.  

They would like to wear skimpy clothes to induce sexual feelings in men and at the same time they like men to worship them. How hypocritical and pretentious! When somebody points out their hypocrisy, these same women accuse them for hurting a woman’s so-called dignity and modesty. Only a woman with dignity and modesty will wear skimpy clothes and also expect men to worship them. Women want men to ogle at them, but they never admit that. Women want men to approach them for sex, but they always cry date rape or sexual abuse. In most of the surveys conducted between men and women, women are more comfortable being dishonest to distort the results of the survey. It is believed that now, young boys are more vulnerable to sexual abuse from a woman because nobody would ever doubt the care and affection of a woman toward a child. In India, incest is rampant and females continue to be called the victims even when in most of the cases, females are the perpetrators of such a sexual encounter. Women will seduce her seniors and when he approaches, she will cry sexual harassment and gets him fired, and that is how she could get promoted. These types of women have no sense of character or human values. They are always obsessed with sex, power and money.   

Women being physically weaker, they are verbally extremely vicious and can easily drive a man to insanity and even suicide. Men commit suicide 4 times more often than women for the same reason. A woman is more likely to instigate domestic violence than men but it is always the man who is called the criminal. Women are as violent as men in the domestic relationship but because the man is physically stronger, the sympathy invariably goes to the woman. Blackmailing, emotional abuse, verbal insults and humiliation, physical assaults are all formidable weapons of women to destroy men. But, these weapons have never been recognized by the law or the society. They believe that when women are fighting for their so-called ‘rights’, then it makes no sense to protect men. Now, laws are enacted to be exclusively misused by women to legally harass men. Men who are victims of women’s atrocities are legally, politically, and socially forbidden to complain against a woman. Most women are unconcerned when they see more and more men complaining against women because as long as there are women in authority, these hapless men’s plead will never be taken seriously.       

These women like to live like animals in the name of modern lifestyle and liberalism. All the good stuff should be with women and all the bad stuff should be with men. Women should be treated like princess and men should be treated as criminals who are only useful during sex and alimony. Men should be barred from education so there is no competition for women. Women want legal powers to sleep around with anybody they want and still be called loyal, weaker gender and dignified. Women want legal power in the name of their so-called “rights” to enslave men as their pet dog and have sex with them whenever they can, order men to cook and clean for them, men should serve her when she returns back home from office, act as her punching bag as and when she is frustrated, help her in having sex with her paramour, work like a labour and give all the money to her, look after the kids, entertain her with sleazy dance, and be ready to get kicked out of her house when the man becomes impotent, broke, physically ill and refuses to obey her command. This is what women want and they want all this saying that it is their so-called “rights.” Think about it.     

Now a revolution is needed; Revolution of demolishing the fortress of these women’s deception. There is more inequality and social disharmony now after politicizing women’s rights than ever before. Banishing these women’s rights is the only way to revive equality, social harmony and justice. We don’t want women’s rights or women empowerment. We only want equality and social justice. These male-hating feminists have destroyed all humanly cultures.  

The situation is so bad that no man in the world is safe now. Men have no choice but to fight back. Fight for your rights, fight against injustice, fight against tyranny. If men don’t fight, they will perish, and women will still be called the weaker gender and continue to demand her so-called despicable ‘rights’.  

There are no ‘rights’. Women only want ‘power’ and ‘legal license’ to enslave men.

The element of independence in the press is crucial to maintain the quality of press and the code of conduct of journalism. Any external forces, political, social or international, with vested interest could easily influence the common people in the way that can be detrimental for the people as well as to the whole country through press, and to prevent such disaster, there is an element of ethics along with independence. Ethic refers to the conduct that ensures communal peace and harmony. Truth is not an excuse to sensationalism. When millions of different kinds of people are reading the same news, the damage could be fatal if facts are distorted and delusive news is propagated. Any indiscriminate diffusion of unreliable or unverified news could trigger an adverse chain reaction in the country, which could take months or even years to contain.  

The press is entitled to ensure financial viability by all legitimate means, but engaging in crass commercialization in cut-throat commercial competition with the rivals, will violate the code of conduct of journalism. Distortion or exaggeration of facts or incidents in relation to communal matters could easily trigger mass hysteria in the country. However, sensationalism in the press has seemingly proved commercially fruitful. With the incremental increase in the number of press organizations in the country, they seemingly adapted an unwritten code of conduct of journalism, which will ensure commercial gain and effective promotion of the press entity. Social responsibility of the press is subverted in the process of catching and entertaining the mindset of the people.  

Importance of reporting accurate, fair and correct news is now overpowered by the self-seeking commercial domination in the press industry. Noble, virtuous and courteous journalists are replaced by aggressive, interrogative and persistently fearless journalists. Reports published on a particular issue are getting judgmental and defamatory. Provocative compositions are employed to sensationalize issues or to prompt the people to think and behave in a certain way that may seem appropriate to the agenda of the press. Social agendas that are incompetently deliberated by the press have grievous consequences in the society, and that has been going on for long. They have been instigating repugnance between the people and some political parties so that other political parties are benefited. Questions in the poll conducted by press are so composed that the result achieved is as per their desire. People’s opinions are sought with biased questions that will derive answers that are beneficial for the press. 

After the feminist movement in
India, there has been a substantial growth of feminism in journalism. Women-related issues are given inordinate precedence due to which the quality of the press has significantly deteriorated. Increase in sophism has been observed with the increase in feministic journalism. The facts are getting distorted because of the preconception of the journalist, which is leading to perplexing transformation of the masses. Journalists are beginning to present facts in the fashion that appears appropriate to their own psyche. Social and National interests are getting defeated by the personal interests of the journalists. It has become an indispensable function of the press to cater to the political agendas of women groups. In the agenda of empowering women, feministic journalist are twisting the facts, exalting misconduct of women, amplifying crime against women, and infringing the rights of men. Male gender is criminalized and female-gender is labeled victims. People’s opinions are getting manipulated.  

Press agendas are now getting amalgamated with the political ideologies. Agendas of the political pressure groups are been accomplished with the assistance of the press. People are misled by the press on the instructions of political pressure groups to believe delusive facts, which in particular, will give these pressure groups effective impetus to their vested interests. People are reading, hearing and seeing news what the political pressure groups want them to read, hear and see. Facts are distorted, truth is obscured, falsehood is rationalized, and slanderous statements are made only to achieve the ends of certain political agendas. Such deceptive conduct of the press has not yet been deemed a grave violation of the code of conduct of journalism as issued by the Press Council of India because they have yet to formulate strict disciplinary action toward the defaulters.  

Trial by press has been a common phenomenon in the recent times, which essentially violates the code of conduct of journalism. Investigative journalists are concluding the judicial judgment in the pre-trial period on half-baked incomplete and doubtful facts, which violates the fundamental rights of whose character is assassinated by the press. Press’s initiation to persistently pressurize the legal system to act in accordance with the agendas of the political pressure groups and feminists movement has lead to social inequality and injustice. And in order to conglomerate the sentiments of ill-informed people to support their own journalistic assault on the Governmental conduct, they sensationalize their own justification and blow the issue out of proportion. Judiciary is compelled to act in conformity to the expectations of the press in order to avert journalistic assault, irrespective of the nature and authenticity of the issue. Instead of setting a harmonious and communally peaceful environment, press has been indiscreetly disseminating noxious sentiments within the society for their own commercial benefits and appeasing political pressure groups. 

Press has now disempowered the people of the country. Truth is buried and vested interested of pressure groups are accomplished. Disorder and chaos is pervading the society, and people are helpless. People who are part of the political agenda are empowered and people who are excluded from the political agenda are abandoned ruthlessly.  

This is Indian Journalism. Who will stop them?    

Apparently, the only solution, women’s group is assuming to improve women’s status is to show men in bad light. Till now they aren’t facing any public objection for slandering all men on television. Surprising, isn’t it? The increase in women-centric serials on television is mind-blowing. It deserves to be called an insane phenomenon. Stressed out working people coming home, would like to watch some refreshing and comical serials to de-stress themselves. They keep on changing channels and they only find one type of women-centric serials on all television channels all at once. If this sort of mental torture is given to a hard-core criminal, he would surely breakdown within a week.  

These women-centric serials have pretty much the same theme. Show women as better than men. Now how will they do that? They first select the target. Not the target audience. Target the part of the society that they feel should be destroyed. Men and Patriarchy. There are endless creative ideas with the writers to show men as criminals.  

The latest serial, ‘Betiyaan – Apni yaa parayaa dhan’ is very fascinating. One family, 2-4 elder daughters and one youngest son. I know you’ll have already visualized what will be shown in this serial. Yes, you’ll are right. The son is shown as spoilt brat, worthless and weak in studies and drunkard. Daughters, on the other hand, Yes you guessed it right, are shown responsible, mature, hardworking, cultured, and an obedient child. There is a lead actress supposedly the eldest of all is a very scary woman. She is always on the slapping spree. Watch just one episode and you will see her slapping different men three to four times. This sort of behaviour on television is a direct encouragement and inspiration to all women that slapping a guy is fine and justified. Are they not worried that this can easily increase domestic violence on men? It seems that is exactly what they want. In the famous movie, ‘Harry Potter’ the girl is shown punching another boy and men’s groups had objected because this sort of visual will only increase violence in women. They are quite justified in their objection.  

Anti-patriarchal value serials like, ‘Thodi khushi, thoda gum’ is yet another classic. The head of the family, a male, is always made a scapegoat. The daughters-in-law are superwomen. They are invincible, impeccable and always right. The world would have been heaven if this was true. Anyways, the serial is doing well to crumble the patriarchy system of the society but ironically, the value system of patriarchy of protecting and providing women should still remain. Well, that is quite understandable seeing the way women usually think. They want to have the best of both the worlds. Eat one’s cake and have it too.     

There are innumerable women-centric serials on air at the moment. All have the same theme with different stories. Degrade male gender so that women’s status is improved. Show men as oppressors, criminals and show women as victims, innocent and potentially better than men in every respect. Women just love these serials. And men, well men are facing domestic violence which the Government does not want to recognize. Men’s health has been steadily deteriorating because they are cruelly forced by their wife to watch these torturous serials everyday. Phew, now that is some nasty cruelty.  

Let’s see how many more such women-centric serials will come and go. The damage is already been done. Showing men as criminals and women as victims is apparently a winning formula in television serial business.          

Are women really beautiful?Undoubtedly, women are beautiful, from a man’s eye. However, taste sometimes differ in men but psychologically, men are instinctively attracted to the opposite sex. But some men would casually appreciate another man’s handsomeness; a woman would go beyond an appreciation for another woman’s beauty.  

Women talk about everything, I mean everything. You will observe that when a man talks about his sex life, his friends would turn it into a mischievous adventure, but when a woman talks about her sex life, her friends discuss the issue like they are in a boardroom.  

It is very disturbing and perplexing for men to find a geek hanging around with a beautiful woman. The man will question, “What the heck she sees in him?” The answer is that some women give more importance to the way a man is treating her than what he looks like, of course there are few, sorry more exceptions. This sort of proves that as long as men treat women the way she wants to be treated, she will fall for that man even if he isn’t good looking. Of course, she always has an escape route if she ever wants to explore sex with a handsome man and most women do use this quite often without letting anybody know.  

Women’s beauty is a man’s weakness and women are extremely happy with it. In order to incite sexual feelings in a man, she only has to wear revealing clothes and the work is done. But a man’s work is much tougher. If he wants to impress a woman, he has to use enormous numbers of witty one-liners. Let’s accept that it is a hard job.  

A man will have to ignore what he feels about the woman and say what the woman wants to hear.    

Why women are stronger than men?Men are instinctively attracted toward women without even exploration the source. And a woman knows exactly how and why men are attracted to them.  

Women will naturally be excellent sexologists because of their in-depth knowledge about men’s sexual psyche. And men blindly allow his sexual feelings to take over his disposition and women just love that. Sometimes men do fear of analyzing their sexual psyche because they feel they might lose their sexual interest from women, which is absolutely untrue.  

Men will begin to do things that would fuel their hope of satisfy their sexual desires from the woman they admire. And that is where a woman comes into action in manipulating the whole situation. She will use each and every tool in her closet to starve the man from sexual satisfaction and will also not allow his admiration for her to die out. He will be hanging in the mid-air in the hope of getting the woman and also won’t decide to give up on her. This is how men voluntarily shed their mental strength and consider women as stronger than them.  

The mere fact that men take all crisis in their stride and women freely complain over petty issues proves that men are stronger than women. But men believe that if they are helpless in front of a woman sexually, he thinks that women are stronger than him.  

Are women more intelligent than men?The physical strength that women lack is made up with an extra ability to communicate. Men are born thinkers. They think more than they speak.  

Women have an impressive ability to argue and turn the tables around in her favour even when she knows she is wrong. Men, even though they are physically stronger and more courageous, they are, in their heart, gullible. They like to be soft and gentle with women. Women like to control men with force.   

They believe that if a woman is beautiful, then she has to be a good natured and intelligent, and when they realize that it isn’t true, they prefer to stick to their belief. 

Many a times, employers hire women who are beautiful and good talkers, but even after realizing that his judgment about her ability and intelligence was wrong, the employer continues to make erroneous decision in the future. Could it be true that words speaks louder than action? Never know in women’s case.  

Yes, not all women are stupid, but not all men can use their high intelligence when they are with a woman. Men are more intelligent than women, but it’s the woman who uses more of her little intelligence.  

How to win an argument with a woman?The only way to win an argument with a woman is never to argue with her. Discuss. Women hate discussing sentimental issues with men. They like to manipulate the emotional side of a man to get what she wants. They fear that if men begin to think, they will not get the desired behaviour from the man.  

Men have to learn the skills of lying and manipulating. Women are naturals.  

As the saying goes, “When you open the door of the heart of a woman, you will find yet another door inside.” They never say what they mean and say what they don’t exactly mean.  

Woman’s position is dominant in a relationship as long as she remains enigmatic to the man. They strive to know what the man is thinking to revise her stand in his life, and will conceal her own feelings to keep the man guessing. She likes men to be ever creative and find new ways to please her.   

And if she detects that the man is getting laid back in the relationship, to bring him back on his toes, she will enact a situation that will make the man guilty of not taking care of the woman as she expects. Men need change but women hate change. To keep everything the same the woman will want men to change.   

Men feel guilty very soon and that is a powerful weapon in the hands of women, but men don’t know that. Even if she isn’t hurt, she will show the man that he has hurt her feelings and he should feel guilty if he really loves her. This way the man never realizes that he is actually a better lover then his woman.  

How can you manipulate a woman? This is a million-dollar question, isn’t it? To know what women thinks could unravel the mystery of the universe, to say the least. Women could be natural manipulator, but men can learn the skills of manipulation if they observe the woman meticulously. 

A man could possibly live without a woman, but a woman definitely cannot live without a man. Even though women are more desperate to be with a man, but it’s the man who expresses his impatience to be with a woman.  

Women are more physical than men. They are more particular about the way she dress, looks and walks. Men are like the adventurous wanderers; they like to be what they really are. It is understandable that when women are working so very hard to look good, she wants men also to put efforts to praise her hard work.  

Women feel more insecure than men, but it is the man who expresses his possessiveness. Man knows that other men could easily take his woman for a rid and so he dislikes his woman to talk to other men. Women know that all men are attracted to beautiful women, and so she dislikes when she sees another woman getting friendly with her man and demands her man to start mistreating the other woman.   

The most common mistake a man makes is to ‘try’ to satisfy the woman. First, it is highly unlikely that a woman knows what she really wants and what will make her happy. A man will spend all his life to do exactly what a woman wants and still the woman will complain that she isn’t happy. The problem here is women don’t know what will make her satisfied and eternally happy. ‘Happiness lies within’ is something women can’t understand.  

The only way to manipulate a woman is to be a woman yourself. Think like a woman. Of course, don’t behave and dress like a woman. If men too start complaining on petty issues like women do, if men too start making women guilty, if men too talk to women just like other women talk to her, if men too show that he is hurt by her action/words, then that man can manipulate the woman.  

However, there is no one rule because there are ‘n’ numbers of varieties of women out there who are waiting to show men how enigmatic they are. Women can easily drive men crazy by complaining about his behaviour toward her and still she never let’s him know what exactly she wants. As long as she makes the man guilty of not satisfying his woman, she will have an upper hand.  

Women like men to share his feelings. But men feel uncomfortable to do so because of the obvious reason, which women prefer not to understand. That is why women dislike unpredictable men and force men to believe that his woman is unpredictable and so he must be very careful. Men must say what he doesn’t mean and mean what he doesn’t say.   

Men are basically more honest to their woman and feel uneasy if they have to pretend. Women are comfortable pretending anything, anytime. She can show that she is madly in love with a man even when she actually loves somebody else. Men, if they don’t like a woman, he will not be able to conceal his lack of interest.  

Manipulation is all about controlling the present moment. Doesn’t matter who eventually wins in the end, but women aim to win in the present and remain unconcerned about the end. Women deal with a situation one at a time and men tries to solve the problem in one go. Women are very patient if she wants to change a man; men are impatient and take drastic steps if he wants to change a woman, and ends up seeing himself changed by that woman.  

Manipulation is handling the situation that is suitable for men at that particular moment and even if what he says and does isn’t really him, he must do what the situation demands in order to remain in control of the situation. It is a mind games and what a man feels is not necessarily to be conveyed to the woman.  

I hope men will be benefited from my observation. I also expect women will to be upset with me for unveiling their secrets. This article will go on and on if I have to write everything I know about women. Therefore, I adjourn this workshop on, “What Women Think?”

First, is it true? Can boys be molested? Can they be victims in the hands of not only men, but women too? The answer to these questions is an absolute “Yes!” Yes, it’s true, males are molested too. Yes, it’s true that boys are some times molested by perfect strangers. However, vast majority of boys, who are molested are victimized by some on they know. Perhaps someone they trust very much. Someone in position of authority. They are also molested by mothers, sisters, aunts, baby-sitters, teachers, nuns, music instructors, principals, school counselors, neighbours. So if boys are being molested by all of these kinds of people, why doesn’t the public hear more about this? When a female victim is sensationalized in media, then who would be curious to know about male victims?  

It is estimated that only 10% of molested boys ever make such reports. And even when they do, society tell boys that they should be ‘tough’ and solve problems on their own instead of complaining like a girl. Why don’t boys report when they are sexually abused? Boys are frequently threatened by the perpetrators that speaking up will lead to further violence for themselves and/or others. If the boy has an early sexual experience with an older female they are told they are ‘lucky’. How embarrassing for a male to admit he has been molested by his sister, neighbour, teacher, baby-sitter!  

The unwillingness of boys to report when they’ve been sexually victimized is even greater when the perpetrator is a sister, teacher, baby-sitter, aunt, neighbours and/or someone in authority. Bonding with, trusting and learning from our elders is an essential survival mechanism well-developed in modern day humans. We put our faith in the hands of someone in authority. At least until we learn there is a reason to question the facts which we were fed. They betrayed because these are the ones in life that are expected to protect us the most. Betrayal is a very difficult event to recover from. Betrayal leaves the victim with a sense of guilt. A sense that they “should have known better.” A sense that they are at fault. In fact, these exact messages are frequently fed to the victim by the perpetrator. “You know you wanted it. “”You enjoyed it. “”I don’t do this with others. You’re so special that you made me do it!”These are some of the words used by perpetrators to defend their actions. And the rest of the damage is done by the people who disbelieve the victim. On top of all this is the problem of being believed if one did speak up. Who would believe them? Sisters, teachers, baby-sitters and others in authority, are commonly well-known, well-respected, ‘trusted’ individual of the society. Who is going to believe a child over these people? Pressure exerted by radical feminists, the society has helplessly accepted that women are always victims and men are always the culprit. Under the multitude of conditions addressed above, who would want to speak up? Who would want to admit they have been sexually abused? Teach children ways to increase their safety. Let them know that if they are sexually abused its okay to report it. That they will be believed whoever the perpetrator is. Parents must understand that children are frequently exposed to sexually explicit pictures/videos, which will provoke their sexual tendencies even when they are young. Boys are sexually vulnerable particularly when they are left alone with someone parents believe will be responsible. Excessive trust on someone like elder sister, teachers, baby-sitters, aunts, neighbours could do an irreparable emotional damage to your child. If you don’t hear news of boys been sexually molested that does not mean it is not happening or it could never happen to your child. Especially in India, a female is over-protected and a male is left alone to take care of himself. Many families consider it normal and conventional to leave their male child in under-garments in the house. Such malignant attitude toward male child has never been criticized. Why? It is believed that only and only females have dignity and modesty, males don’t. Such anti-male attitude, sadly, has never been criticized by anybody because of the fact that in India, women are revered and ironically still it is called a male-dominated society. We know that a male-child is much more sexually vulnerable than a female-child because females reach puberty much early than males, but there is hardly anybody out there who is really concerned of protecting male-child.       Think about it.

We have, however, never allowed the innumerable incidents about what women can do to get money in the way of our traditional belief system. Perhaps the media has never gathered enough courage to show the truth about women. Unfortunately, people of
India are keen to learn about gold-diggers not from other’s mistake but by committing a mistake themselves.  

When a woman falsely accuses her husband of dowry harassment, in order to settle the case, she takes away all the wealth and prosperity of her husband with the help of unconditional support of the legal system. What is absurd is that the legal system does not believe that a woman can ever lie. Furthermore, men commit suicide 4 times more often than women, and it is increasing, but the legal system considers only and only women to be the victims of domestic violence. Women are extremely stubborn and will not allow the people to accept the truth that men are now the weaker gender of the society.  

There was already a formidable weapon in the hands of women in the form of anti-dowry laws IPC 498A to legally harass and blackmail innocent families, now the Government has one more gift for women – Domestic Violence Bill. This Bill has been gifted to women so that they can legally threaten to their husband that if they don’t become their slaves then they will be jailed. Women definitely couldn’t be happier for the Government’s support in their legal terrorism.  

What is important in this double-barrel gun – 498A and DV Bill, is that all women will be tempted to misuse it against their husband and the only escape for the husband from being arrested it to never get married at all. It is obvious that when all women are gifted with 498A and DV Bill, why would they not misuse it against their husband when they know it will paralyze their husband and in-laws legally? Besides, is there any other way to earn millions in a very short span of time?  

Apparently, now we know why women are revered as the form of Goddess Laxmi: because they have been gifted with 498A and DV Bill and would offer it to their husband and in-laws.  

A man getting married is not only bringing in a woman but along with her, she will bring in 498A and DV Bill. So when you frisk your bride on the day of marriage, you will find the deadly double-barrel gun attached to a waistline – 498A and DV Bill. And when she is dressed in heavily embroidered pricey saree and designer jewelry waiting for the marriage ceremony to get over, she will then offer you 498A and DV Bill as a token of love, not for you, for your wealth and prosperity. She will invite wealth and prosperity from your life into hers using 498A and DV Bill. She is indeed the form of Goddess Laxmi.

More than 60,000 cases are filed each year, 800,000 families are badly affected and more than 90% of the cases are false. Shocking!!! The more shocking is to know that women organizations and the Government are aware of these figures but are not willing to protect the husband and his family from being victimized in the hands of their unscrupulous wife/daughter-in-law. Media, too, shamelessly is not willing to accept the blame for not raising this serious issue in the public. It is very clear that the women organizations have deliberately instigated such a plot to harass innocent families and the Government is helping them to ruin marriages.   

It is important to note that those innocent people who have been falsely implicated didn’t commit any crime, but they had to pay a very large sum of money to their sleazy wife to settle the case. This situation is even worse than dowry. To top it all, Domestic Violence Bill gives ridiculous rights to women to loot their husband and in-laws legally. Women call this as gender equality. Some women are bold enough to blurt it out that now its men’s turn to suffer in pain. This clearly shows that sadistic approach in attaining gender equality. Unfortunately, with people’s ignorance and lack of empowerment, they are simply living their helpless life under constant threat, thanks to bias media.  

Anybody with reasonable maturity can figure out from these developments that women are not interested in gender equality; they are aiming for a World where men live like pet dogs to them who are stinking rich. Men will be legally obligated to live like pet dogs to women, earn lots of money and give it away to his wife, satisfy her sexual needs as and when, and finally to cheerfully dance on her tunes like a monkey.  

However, in order to create the balance of power between the two genders, men are now beginning to realize that women can’t be judged from their beauty. Men are becoming conscientious to an extent that they find it highly unreasonable to follow the age-old tradition of respecting, protecting and providing for women. They are now beginning to accept women as just another person in the society who can potentially hurt them. Now men will not fall for a beautiful and curvaceous woman having greed, jealousy and hatred in her heart. And there are plentiful of such women out there. This positive change will definitely shake the foundation of radical feminism. Needless to say, media will remain shameless and continue to protect the deception of women empowerment. 

Women had dug up a grave for men but it seems women are going to fall into it and men are going to have loads of laugh.

Although the punishment for such crimes is life imprisonment but he was a free man only after spending 11 years in jail. Why? 11 years isn’t enough for a crime like this, right? But what if he was innocent? What if he was falsely implicated and framed by the police? And that is exactly what happened with this hapless innocent man.  

Kounder was an illiterate sweeper with the Brihan Mumbai Municipal Corporation. On 1 June 1995, the police came and arrested him. The police showed him the body of the girl and took him to the lock up. Kounder, who was unfamiliar with Hindi or Marathi, made futile attempts to prove his innocence. He was brutally beaten up by the police in the lock-up. Kounder was then convicted. Human Rights Commission need to shut down their organization if they can’t ban third degree torture during interrogation.   

Fortunately, the cop who falsely implicated Kounder committed suicide and also left a suicide note in which he confessed that Kounder was framed by him at the instance of his superiors. The judges then decided to acquit Kounder.  

Now Kounder roams the streets of Pune and was at a complete loss. He went back to
Vellore to try to reunite with his wife and kids who never came to see him after he was falsely convicted. Talk about marriage vows taken by his wife to support her husband in all circumstances.  

He lost 11 years of his life and also his family only because of the insensitive attitude of the legal system toward male gender. It goes without saying that there are hundreds of prisoners who are falsely implicated and are waiting for someone to come and prove their innocence. But maybe that someone will never arrive because the whole legal system has been engaged in pampering female gender. In order to sensitize the legal system toward female gender, the judiciary aren’t worried about innocent people been falsely convicted in the process of appeasing women groups. For women groups, this is equality and fair play.  

Ask these women groups to rehabilitate Kounder and their answer would be, “That is not our concern.” Yes, their only concern is to take away basic rights of men and also deceive people by saying that it is all part of gender equality process.   

Anonymous: “Ramesh, if you do not pay us Rs. 25 lakhs, we will kill you.”Ramesh agrees with the demands of the anonymous person and arranges to pay him Rs. 25 lakhs. But he also informs the police about the extortion call. The police plans to catch the culprit red-handed and the anonymous person does get caught and is punished with imprisonment and fine.  

The extortionists threatened to kill Ramesh if he does not agree to their demands. Under Indian Penal Code, this is a punishable crime.  

However, there are other methods to extort money from someone, which as incredible as it sounds, is not punishable crime.  

Who isn’t interested in getting a quick buck? Apparently, earning a quick buck is the prerogative of women in Indian society. 90% of the cases filed under dowry harassment case of IPC 498A are false confirms lawyers. 90%!!!! Apparently, the citizens of
India has no rights to demand an explanation as to why the IPC 498A hasn’t yet been amended to curb this misuse. After all, the opportunity to earn a quick buck by women misusing the laws isn’t openly disclosed, thanks to biased media.  

The wife, who succeeded camouflaging her greed for money and power, goes to the police to file a case of false dowry harassment against her husband and in-laws. After discussing with her lawyer, the lawyer contacts the husband and in-laws and demands Rs. 25 lakhs to be paid to the wife if they want to settle the case amicably. Amicably?  

The husband, being aware of how biased the legal system is, decides to pay the money to his wife and seeks to settle the case. He pays because he is given an opportunity to sneak out of the strangle-hold of the legal system which considers all women as victims and all men as criminals. Incredibly, this whole extortion takes place right under the nose of the cops and they too seek to benefit from such a transaction.  

The husband attains freedom by paying a huge sum of money under the supervision of the police, the legal system makes sure that the rights of women are protected, and the wife goes away with a hefty sum of money by threatening the husband of legal consequences. Now that is an impressive way of earning a quick buck, legally. The wife goes home with a grin and observes that whatever she did, legal system, society, media and the government is with her. 

Women call this method of extortion as their rights. Rights?  

Feminists have been babbling about women rights and people are now kind of getting bored and irritated with their eccentric ideologies on womanhood. People are realizing that these feminists are holding a double standard in their so-called woman liberation. They want to be financially independent and also want to brag about it on a global scale but when it comes to alimony, they don’t feel ashamed of demanding her ex-husband to pay them maintenance. Where is their so-called dignity the idea of women liberation at the time of being a financial burden on her ex-husband especially when they brag about being financially independent? It seems that they do not have any self-respect or dignity and that is why they are not ashamed of extracting money from their ex-husband even when they are financially independent. They wouldn’t want to miss any chance to pass the buck onto her ex-husband’s shoulder of providing her financially. This is double standard.  

They are not only shaking off their basic family responsibilities, but they are also offensively dictating the duties of men. When it comes to their freedom, they rationalize their self-centered actions by comparing the culture of US and when it comes to the men’s freedom, they remind people of the tradition of our country that men must support and provide woman. That means women have the right to follow US culture and men are obligated to follow
India’s 14^th century tradition. When a man gets into an extramarital affair, he is called a cheat and disloyal to his wife. But when a woman gets into an extramarital affair, she is called a modern woman who does not hesitate to satisfy her sexual needs. She is praised when she has a one-night-stand and when a man has a one-night-stand, his character is assassinated ruthlessly.  

Men are naturally attracted to women and they will try to grab the attention of women in more than one ways. But women never admit that they want to grab men’s attention by wearing skimpy clothes. They often rationalize saying that they wear skimpy clothes because they feel comfortable. Women want men to look at them and also want to induce sexual feelings in men toward them. But when men do look at them, they immediately conceal their ulterior motives by saying men only think about sex and that they dislike being ogled by men. What a big lie!  

They even make a big fuss that so-and-so city is not safe for women because they can’t go out in the middle of the night. Well, going out in the middle of the night is not safe for men either. And only a person with questionable maturity would want to go out in the middle of the night to see if they are safe. No country in the world is safe in the night for anybody including US.  

Feminists are encouraging women to get aggressive, offensively assertive and whimsical and this can easily be seen in today’s modern women. Men are constantly bombarded with the etiquettes he must follow of respecting all women equally and acting submissive to the woman’s desires. It is alright for women to humiliate, insult, and offend a man and she will also be praised to give a piece of her mind to that innocent man. But when a man even attempts to defend his dignity, he is brutally criticized for disrespecting a woman’s dignity and modesty. It seems that dignity, self-respect and modesty is the prerogative of only women and these feminists are trying hard to demean men’s status in the society even though their own father, husband, brother and son are also men. 

They even try to remind people that in
India, women are worshipped and therefore, the tradition must go on even now. In that case men too are worshipped because most of the Indian Gods are males. No! Men, according to feminists, must worship women and women must not worship men at all. As a matter of fact, women must demean men so that they learn the lesson for not listening to women. With such offensive, destructive attitude of women, the Indian society will soon be destroyed beyond repair and women shall be wholly responsible. Modern women just can’t follow one simple principle – Give Respect to Earn Respect. Being intensely demanding only proves their pathetic arrogance.

1) Taxable Income: It is an accepted fact that the financial responsibility of the family invariably lands on the male members of the family. Women have started earning and are enjoying every bit of bragging the media is doing on their behalf. However, the financial responsibility is on the man’s shoulder, the woman gets a preferential treatment as far as taxation is concern. Women have higher disposable income after tax than men even though men are obligated to provide the family. Isn’t this bias? According to women, this is bias against women as women are demanding more and more tax concession. When asked why, their answer is because they are women. Just because they are women, they have the right to get better than men and simultaneously demand men to provide them financially. Wouldn’t you call this bias against men?  

2) Media coverage: Women expect the public to react immediately on news about a woman in distress. Women organizations are putting enough political pressure on the media to cover only those issues where women are victims. At the same time, feminists in media are influencing the way people interpret news story with the help of words that would implicitly suggests that men are criminals and women are victims. The objective is to take away all credibility from the whole male-gender so that a woman is powerful enough to accuse anybody with anything. News of suicide committed by a woman hits the headlines whereas news of suicide committed by a man doesn’t even reach the news. Their aim is not only to sensitize people toward women but also to desensitize people toward men.  Wouldn’t you call this bias against men? 

3) Protective Laws: Laws are enacted to protect the citizen of the country. But in case of women, it is justified to misuse the laws to take revenge. Dowry harassment law has been so composed that women need not only file a dowry harassment case on their husband and in-laws when they harass her for dowry, she can also file a dowry harassment case on their husband and in-laws even when they don’t follow the rules made by her. Her rules could be 1) paying money to her parents 2) transferring the property, house to her name 3) kicking in-laws out of the house 4) making her husband submissive. All these are reasons that a woman can file dowry harassment case on her husband and in-laws. The police, in order to exploit the vulnerable position of the husband, will make every effort to settle the case with a huge monetary compensation paid to the woman. Husband who never demanded any dowry and never harassed his wife had to pay his wife huge sum of money only because he is a man. Wouldn’t you call this bias against men?  

4) Children: It is a proven fact that the computation of sex ratio is not accurate because it is based on predetermined assumptions, which are subjected to errors. Knowing this fact, women organizations are doing everything to influence the people with these questionable sex ratios in order to demand more rights for women. Knowing the ulterior motives of these unscrupulous women organizations, it will not be a surprise to see if females are born more than males, women organizations will continue to fabricate the reports to extract more legal rights for women. Who knows, maybe more females are born than males and they are concealed from the public. More women-centric serials are produced with these women issues as their theme to brainwash the people to think that women are victims, stronger and superior, and men are criminals, abusers and inferiors. Wouldn’t you call this bias against men?  

5) Education: Reports say that there are more males working as child labour than females. There are more males who drop out of the school forced by the family to start earning working as a labour. Despite these facts, the Government is forced to provide free education only for females on the instruction of women organizations who are exploiting the government’s stand on vote-bank politics. Women organizations want men to work as labour and women to work as top executives. They want men to remain illiterates so that they remain submissive to educated women. It is extremely disturbing that those little boys having great ambitions are forced to work as labour because of these devilish women organizations. Wouldn’t you call this bias against men?  

As long as these unscrupulous women organizations remain in the country,
India cannot progress. They are forgetting that women learn more from men than from women and if they want to ruin men’s life, they are actually ruining their own life. If you want respect, give respect. If women are insulting male-gender, their own gender will lose all respect. Excessive pampering of women-centric issues has infact made people more insensitive toward women and women only are to be blamed for their hate-mongering attitude.  

Bias is only against men. It has always been men and now also men are on the receiving end. Not only women organizations but also the people who have been ignoring these negative development created by women are to be blamed for decadent condition of the society. All the claims made by women that there is bias against women are false.    

Some of the facts given in the book are enumerated below: 

1) Women invent rules, manipulate men to obey them, and in this way dominate men – but in no way apply the rules to themselves.  

2) How come men never say, “It’s a man’s world”? 

3) Our greatest weakness is our façade of strength. Women’s greatest strength is their façade of weakness. 

4) If men have all the power how come women make the rules? 

5) Women’s power is difficult to see and measure. As long as women can pretend they don’t have any power, we can’t call them on how they use and misuse it.  

6) It’s tough to trust a person who holds a club behind her back and says, “A club? What club? I don’t have a club.”  

7) As long as women get away with thinking we’re inferior, they’ll have no qualms about treating us badly. They might not even know they’re doing it. 

8) Any man would be damaged by the allegation that ‘he doesn’t respect women.’ Why is it so hard to imagine that any woman would be hurt by the charge that ‘she doesn’t respect men”? 

9) Women get a lot of power just out of the fact that they expect and demand special and preferential treatment. 

10) Most of the damage women do is indirect. If she only bats her eyes to induce a guy into a fight, nobody’s going to blame her. Women do a lot of things that provoke and trigger responses in men. But nobody seems able to see that. 

11) Society authorizes women to use make-up, fashion and jewelry to gain attention and stimulate sexual demand among men.  

12) Women laugh at us when studies show that we think about sex several times per hour. We could get a bigger laugh if anyone ever did a study on how often women think about being sexy. 

13) If a woman ends a marriage, she is putting an end to a stifling and oppressive relationship. If a man ends a marriage, he is abandoning his family. If a woman decides not to marry someone, it is her choice of making her life as happy as she can. If a man decides not to marry someone, he is a womanizer or afraid of commitment.  

14) The standard for boy behaviour toward girls: You may never every hit a girl, no matter what, not even in self-defence and if you ever do we’ll thrash you to within an inch of your life to teach you a lesson about violence. The standard for girl toward boys: Did you really slug him ? Wow, you go girl. 

15) Why is sex thought to be something women give and we get? 

16) It is statistically true that married men are more successful than unmarried men. But are they more successful because they’re married or are they married because they are successful? 

17) Would we expect a mother without custody to continue to cook and clean for her ex-husband? Then why do we expect the non-custodial father to keep providing money, especially to an ex-wife who interferes with his visitation time? 

18) A false allegation of rape can have consequences as severe as or even worse than an actual rape.  

19) Women coined the emotionally powerful phrase, “date rape” to identify a danger they face. We need to popularize “fake rape” to call attention to a problem that threatens us. 

20) When a man and woman commit a crime together, prosecutor invariably assume that the man is the truly guilty party while the woman was only a hapless – maybe she was abused – duped in the male’s nefarious plot. They’ll make a deal with her and she’ll cry on the witness stand and explain to the jury how bad, bad man was bad, bad, bad. So, in large measure, we live in a society in which women can reckon they have a fair shot at getting off scot-free for even heinous crimes – if they can raise a convincing tear or two and have a defenseless (dead will do) nearby man to finger.  

21) If our lives are so wonderful and women’s are so full of oppression and degradation, why do we commit suicide 4-5 times more often than girls and women do? 

22) Did you ever notice that when we have opinions that women don’t like, they’re not called opinions, but ‘attitudes’? 

Obviously women won’t like to read these points which itself proves that all these points are true. They may even try to hide their faces while this book exposes them to the whole world. Some men too would find it absurd because their individuality is totally dependent on what women think about them. A person with keen observation will find these points as true, intriguing and also unfortunate because nobody else seem to realize this deception that women have been playing with men and also the society for decades. Let’s hope that people realizes the above truth and seek to live in an egalitarian society instead of deceptive women’s society where they are expected to hate men. 

By holding on to the sham belief that it’s a Man’s world, these feminists have managed to carve a niche for themselves where they continue to be called the weaker gender but still make all the rules not only for themselves but also for men. It is an important question to ask, “If men have all the powers, how come women make all the rules?” Men’s greatest weakness is that they can’t justify their weakness. Women’s greatest strength is that they can portray themselves as weak.  

When men began realizing the deception behind feminism and all those issues concerning gender equality and women empowerment, they began their aggressive movement onto the internet because media weren’t willing to challenge women organizations. At first, they were brutally rebuked by the people but now people are beginning to realize that what has been written on the internet about deceptive feminism is actually true. Even the media has come under pressure from e-defense of men against feministic attacks. Men have finally decided to throw away all traditional inhibitions and have started to object vigorously against women. This was something these feminists had never imagined.  

The number of men’s organization working on the internet to spread awareness about the deceptive feminism, gender equality and women empowerment has been steadily increasing and soon the media will be forced to expose this deception to the whole nation. This deception has only increased the hatred in women towards men. Now men are realizing that gender equality policy is a zero sum game. Men need to lose for women to win. This is no longer acceptable for men, which has become a major concern for the women organizations all over the World. Men are also finding it highly offensive when these feminists are producing male-bashing advertisements to encourage women to ridicule men.  

The deceptive feministic ideology, which gave women legal control over men, is no longer effective enough for women to rule the world and are now beginning to feel apprehensive about their fate that was built on falsehood. It seems that now women are realizing that what they wanted to achieve will not only put men at the receiving end but will also put their own respect in the society in jeopardy. People are becoming insensitive toward women seeing the way women are progressing and demanding ludicrous rights making men vulnerable and defenseless. They want all the rights but are shamelessly shunning all responsibility and accountability.  

It is unfortunate that people had accepted the feminist ideology that men should lose for women to win. However, there are some people in media who are stubbornly portraying women as oppressed by men and it would not be a surprise if these people are women. Just a few women in power are propagating their hate-mongering attitude onto all the women of the country with the help of media, either by showing male-bashing advertisements, publishing one-sided dowry cases and/or showing women as victims and men as criminals. It is a shame that there is none to object against these anti-social activities of these feminists. People’s increasing insensitiveness toward women was inevitable, thanks to these hate-mongering feminists. 

If women wants to be respected, then they must respect men. They can’t go on hating men and exploit the Indian tradition and victimize men legally. If women will harass men, men will fight back.  

It is now not uncommon to see a woman slapping a man in advertisements. If it is wrong for man to hit a woman, why are these feminists trying to justify a woman hitting a man? Sociologists say that these are an encouragement to women to get physical with men, which will definitely hurts a man’s sensibilities and will also damage woman’s status in the society. Some male-hating women working in advertising agencies are coming up with creative ideas to ridicule men’s masculinity making men ashamed of their own self. This can be said to be am ingenious idea to empower women to control men but in the long run, women will prove to be a loser.  

It is a shame that Advertising agencies have lost all ethical code of conduct and have begun producing such anti-social male-bashing advertisements. Gender equality is not about making men inferiors with the help of such advertisements and woman-centric serials that portray men as criminals, abusers, oppressors, stupid or senseless. This is happening in foreign countries too and men’s organizations have begun protesting against this attack. But in
India, there are no men’s organizations to fight against this injustice and inappropriate representation of male-gender.  

By showing men as inferiors to women will only increase the gender gap and that can be clearly seen in the increasing number of divorce cases. Who is responsible for this sad condition of our society? These hate-mongering feminists have gone too far and needs to be disciplined by enforcing strict guidelines on advertisements. Any derogatory advertisement toward male-gender must invite legal action against the culprit.   

Stop male-bashing advertisements. Enough is enough. By resorting to such male-bashing advertisements to empower women is a sign of cowardice and shamelessness.

Let us see how the above perception of the general public gets shattered when we come across cases such as this given in here.  

It is disturbing to know that only when a woman’s complaint is proved false, that is precisely when we get to know that, as a matter of fact, the husband was subjected to domestic violence, let alone those husbands who are not yet falsely accused under the criminal case of 498A by his wife but still they continue to suffer the domestic violence.  

A woman can never hurt a man because a man is physically stronger than women. But, what if a man is under a tremendous emotional pressure where he is unable to defend himself from the assault of his wife? Then wouldn’t it be logical to believe that women are physically stronger than men when it comes to marriage because men usually tolerate their wife’s regular tantrums? Thanks to the society for considering wife’s cruel tantrums as part and parcel of a marriage life for men.  

Out of many thousand cases, there is a need to mention one case where a wife subjected her husband to physical torture and still went to the police station to lodge a complaint against her husband of domestic violence. Weird isn’t it?

Sumana, 30-year-old woman, started assaulting her husband so cruelly that he used to bleed at night. Now when a man begins to bleeding, it surely is convincing evidence that his wife would have assaulted him very cruelly.   

The battered husband, Ishani, then learnt that his wife was a psychiatric patient who was under medication. The innocent husband was denied vital facts about Sumana before marriage. Concealing vital facts about a woman from the prospective groom before marriage isn’t something new. It happens most of the time and when the husband comes to know about the truth, it is already too late.  

Sumana expressed her desire to meet her parents and left to Asansol – a place. Sumana lodged a police complaint as soon as she reached there. She made her complaint under IPC section 498A, already notorious for being largely misused by women in
India.  

Ishani was immediately arrested and was sent him to jail. The person who was subjected to cruelty is arrested and sent to jail. This is how our judicial system works. Instead of arresting Sumana, they arrested Ishani and was sent to jail. 

He then moved the high court, which granted him bail after knowing that he who had been physically abused and not the other way round. What if he couldn’t prove his innocence? He would have been sent to jail for 7 years rigorous imprisonment just like those men who couldn’t disprove the false allegation of their wife under IPC 498A.  

It would be a mistake to consider the above case as an exception because 498A is massively misused in our society and in most of the cases women are the ones who cruelly treat their husbands. Ishani’s life is ruined now. Who is responsible? Sumana, his wife, Sumana’s parents who concealed vital facts about her, or our judicial system, who has given a legal protection to women which is excessively biased.  

But the good news is that more and more men’s organizations are opening up in the country because they are realizing that women are not the only ones who are victims, men too are victimized and unfortunately, the legal system is favoring only women.  

Don’t be surprised when you see many more men’s organization been established to protect the basic rights of men. But, beware that women are potentially capable to victimize men emotionally, physically, and legally. Next time you see a woman filing a case against her husband, chances are that she has filed a false case.

We know this isn’t true at all.   

But, the media and the judiciary follow this assumption to crack a case.  

If a woman commits suicide, by default, the husband is arrested. There is no second thought. Constable says, “Sir, we have a case of housewife committing suicide. What do we do?” Inspector replies, “Arrest the husband.” There is no investigation whatsoever. They assume that husband must have said, “Darling, why don’t you commit suicide?” And the wife obediently commits suicide without saying a word. They assume that women are so obedient that they would never use their own mind. They are completely dependent on their husband and whatever her husband will say, they would do it.  

Crime committed by women is also handled in the same way. A housewife gets caught in a sex racket. The first action the cops take is to arrest her husband. Constable says, “Sir, the woman we arrested in prostitution is a housewife.” Inspector replies, “Immediately arrest her husband.” They assume that husband must have said, “Darling, why don’t you sell your body?” The wife would reply, “Okay, you are my husband so I will do whatever you tell me to do.” This is the assumption behind their investigation. 

Such investigative protocol of the police has never been objected by anybody. Why? Does this sort of investigative protocol apply to a case where a man commits suicide? NoWhen a man commits suicide, the constable says, “Sir, a man has committed suicide.” The inspector replies “Get the body to the post-mortem and help his wife with insurance procedures.” Why such a discriminatory treatment? A woman commits suicide and the husband is arrested; when a man commits suicide and he is considered mentally unstable.  

Perhaps the discriminatory treatment given to men is the reason why men commit suicide more than women. Surprised!!!! Men commit suicide more than women. Its official and the way men are treated these days, the number of suicide committed by men will only increase.    

Some argue that men are arrested because they drive a woman to commit suicide. Then this also means that all those men who committed suicide were forced by their wife. No, this does not apply in men’s case, women groups argue. They only want men to be arrested and not women.  

Well, in that case there are so many thousands of men who haven’t committed suicide even after their wife drives them toward it. If there is murder and also attempt to murder; there should also be abetment to suicide and attempt to abet suicide. Thousands of women are driving their husband to commit suicide and the poor husband knows he can’t give up the responsibilities toward his children and so he silently endures his wife’s torture.  

And if not charging a woman with attempt to abet suicide, at least these harassed men should be given some legal protection that they can report to the police and seek relief from his wife’s torture. No, men should not be provided any legal protection, women groups argue.  

Besides, the way our society is living, who will believe a man if he reports that he is harassed by his wife? The society says, “Come on, you don’t have to complain on such petty issues, these are all part and parcel of a married life and such issues should not be taken so seriously.” But when a woman complains, the society says, “The man should be punished. No man is supposed to harass his wife like this. Women should not keep quiet on such harassment.” 

A man’s complaint is frivolous and a woman’s complaint is genuine harassment. Now that’s discriminatory.  

Whatever a woman does, blame comes on a man only.

Who doesn’t lie? Everybody does. An employee would lie that he/she is sick but goes to attend an interview. A student would lie that he/she was sick but he/she had gone to a movie. A husband would lie to his wife that he was stuck in the traffic but was drinking with his friend in a bar. A wife would lie to her husband that she doesn’t have any money to shop but she only wants to increase her own bank balance. Lying has become a pathological habit.  

Similarly, there are issues where some people find it enjoyable to lie to protect their interest and maybe to protect their future.  

There is no doubt that IPC 498A (Anti-dowry laws) is rampantly misused by women, but still there are people who are aware that if do not lie; probably their interests will not be taken care of. And so they rack their brains to come up with some lame and irrational excuses only to prove that 498A isn’t misused. And here are some of their lame arguments. 

1) Why only 498A is targeted? Many other IPC laws are misused? Firstly, if they are so knowledgeable saying that many other IPC laws are misused, then wouldn’t it be a strong argument of theirs if they enumerate in detail the various IPC laws that are misused. Maybe the judiciary too would like to know which IPC laws are misused. Any answer? Nay, they do not know it. It is a baseless argument. Even if hypothetically we believe that many other IPC laws are misused, is it not necessary to alter these IPC laws in a manner that they ceases to be misused? The prevalent protest against lopsided 498A is because it does not affect just one individual but the whole family. Wouldn’t it be rational in their part to actually support protest against 498A because of it’s inherent family breaking mechanism instead of coming up with such lame excuses to protect their ulterior motives? It definitely reveals their ulterior motives when they come up with such arguments.  

2) The misuse of 498A is minuscule compared to dowry death.Since when the judiciary began considering the numbers before enacting or amending any laws? Just one Jessica Lal case made the judiciary amend the IPC section. Just one case. Besides, if dowry death is occurring then why others should be punished? This clearly shows that they believe that as long as dowry death is alive in the country, no legal protection should be provided to men, and in fact, they should be exposed to legal intimidation – Supreme Court calls it Legal Terrorism. What is the real connection? Are dowry deaths behind the misuse of 498A? No? Then? What is it? The intentions are very clear that they don’t want to amend 498A and to prohibit the judiciary to take appropriate actions to protect men too, these people are bringing forward a ridiculous argument that if dowry death is still there then why is there a need to protect men? That means a common man should be punished because terrorists are also men. This is their argument. 

3) Only 0.06 percent of cases filed are false. Yeah right, let’s just say, 90% of the students copy in exams. What do you think? Of course a sane person would like to know the methodology of such a research study. How can 90% of the student copy in exams? The answer becomes very simple to understand when the methodology says that only 10 people were interviewed. Similarly, when the methodology used in such a research findings that 0.06 percent of 498A cases are false, it becomes necessary to understand the population and sample size of such a research. No, there is no such mentioning of the methodology. Then, on what basis these people are showing such questionable statistics? Maybe only those women who had filed false cases must have prepared such a statistical report only to conceal the reality from the people.  

4) A lot many dowry related harassment on women are unreported. Hypothesis. Hypothesis. Hypothesis. That is all they come up with to protect their interests. Unreported!!! Now if they are not reported then how did they come to know that women are not reporting? We are not supposed to deal with someone’s baseless hypothesis. Show us the statistics that shows that many dowry related harassment on women are unreported. If we say that majority of the men are beaten up by their wife, but they never report or complain about it, then what? An argument using such baseless hypothesis only proves how desperately these people want to protect their interests, which apparently gets fulfilled if 498A remains in its present lopsided form. By hook or by crook, these people want to portray women as only and only victims and men as oppressors and criminals. They hypothesize so ridiculously that anybody would be able to figure out their desperate attempts to safeguard their ulterior motives. Unreported!!! How ridiculous!!! 

5) Only 2% conviction rate proves that 498A needs to be more stringent.Is this a funny statement or what? This means that all those women who file 498A case have sworn that they will never lie in their entire life. In fact, it also implies that women don’t lie; it is not possibly for women to lie just as a man can’t fly, women can’t lie. And they want to punish those men who are arrested on a woman’s lie. They don’t care whether a woman is lying or saying the truth; all the want is that when a woman files a case, by hook or by crook, the accused must be punished even if the woman is lying. Isn’t this a violation of the Legal Tenet, “Innocent until Proven Guilty”? No, all men are guilty because they are criminals and women are goddesses, right? Well, it seems those who came up with such argument of 2% conviction rate are the ones who desire to misuse 498A law. If they are so much concerned about conviction rate, they should have made the law more equal for both the genders. Then the conviction rate would be 100% and the number of cases filed too will come down significantly. No, they don’t want this; they want women to misuse 498A laws and also want 100% conviction rate.  

These people are not interested in social welfare. They are interested in marginalizing men, putting them on the receiving end, robbing them of their human rights and terrorizing them with legal threat. This is what Women Empowerment all about. This is how they seek to attain gender equality. What a sham!!! Deception.  

Women groups are scared because they are aware that they have worked really hard to get this lopsided 498A law approved by the Government and now they do not want the Government to amend it to provide legal protection to men. They know that if legal protection is given to men then thousands of women will be arrested for filing a false case and for perjury.  

Let see how many more lame and ridiculous arguments they come up with to hide their ulterior motives. They are now completely exposed to the society. The society now knows that women groups are not for social welfare at all. 

The news in Times of India tells another story altogether. Woman Raped boys 

And Indian American school instructor has been charged with going down the dark side of the teacher-student relationship. She, Lina Sinha, 40, a Montessori school teacher, has been charged with bedding two students when they were only 12 and 13 years old.  

12 and 13 years old!!! This is unbelievable!!!A school teacher has raped a young boy!! She is a teacher of 40 and is raping 12 years old boys. How disgusting! 

Lina Sinha, continued the affair with one of the boys over several years and when he tried to break it off as a young man, she resorted to blackmail and false charges.  

Blackmail and false charges on the innocent!!! Is this because she is a woman and the general mentality of the people is that a woman can’t rape a male? What more can we expect from a fallen woman but blackmailing and putting false charges on the innocent?   

The story begins in 1994 when Sinha, who is also Director of the

School owned by her parents, allegedly began having sexual contacts with a 13-year-old boy. He was 15 when they began having intercourse, including in a school van and an apartment that is part of the school complex.  

13-year-old boy!!! And she is 40. She should be of almost his mother’s age.  

In February 2001, Sinha began a sexual affair with an even younger boy of 12.  

12 year old is just a kid!!!  

Soon after, when the older boy, who is now 23 and a New York Police Officer, tried to end their relationship, she filed false charges against him under a different identity, including the rape of another woman.  

What more can we expect from a woman when she is into trouble? File a false charge; that’s so easy for women.  

She also tried to bribe the younger boy with sneakers, a cell phone and cash not to testify in the case. She also falsely complained that the police officer beat her on more than one occasion and concocted the statutory rape charges in retaliation after she filed an assault case against him with the police.  

She only raped those innocent young boys and now she is filing false charges on those kids of rape. Can a woman do this? The young boys are raped by her and when her own safety is in jeopardy and to get out of trouble; she is filing false charges on those innocent boys. Despicable!!! 

If convicted of the charges, Sinha could get 25 years in prison.  

25 years in prison will do no good. She should be hanged till death. She should be beheaded for raping young boys and also filing false rape charges on them. She is a teacher and this is what she did. Being a Teacher!!! How will those young boys recover from this trauma? When Teachers only are raping her students then what can we expect from non-teachers? We consider the chemistry between a woman and a child isn’t always a selfless love, it could be something else too. Doesn’t this revelation upset us? It does but its better to accept the fact instead of living in the dark and trust a woman teacher blindly.   

Worst than this, even after hearing such news, we would never believe that women do have the propensity to take control of a vulnerable man in a sexual way. There are countless incest cases in foreign countries and as well as in India. Yes, in India too. Incest is rampant in India. How could we possibly know what’s happening within the four walls of a house? We can never know and no survey will reveal the truth.  

Highlighting crime against women extravagantly by the media is only hiding the dark side of women, which is marginalizing male gender to a dangerous level. Men are the weaker gender in India as of now. Men are. A woman can implicate any man with any crime and the judiciary will do everything in its power to deliver justice to the woman even if the accused is innocent. Isn’t this frightening?  

It is, yes. Men can’t protect themselves now. They really can’t. However, media is showing that women are the only victims and men are the prime culprit.  

Is this gender equality? Impossible!!! This is probably the mother of all Deception, mother of all Conspiracy in the History of India.  

Innumerable bollywood movies are made showing the corruption in our political system and none of us get surprised to see it. We simply say, “These corrupts bloodsuckers are here to kill our country and the people and they should be shot dead”, and then we come back to our senses and continue to live the same way like before as if we saw nothing.  

The people of large metropolitan cities are so smart and mature that they know all the tricks of these politician’s promises to woo their support. And politicians are aware that people of the large cities are not willing to vote for them. And therefore, the obvious route to political success is supporting those people living in the under-developed areas of the country who look upon these politicians as the last resort. Yes, they think these politicians can help them. Help them! Yeah right.  

A new political agenda has been established recently that stubbornly follows the patriarchy ideology. And we all are aware that the essence of patriarchic ideology is protecting and providing women. Politicians are ever ready to help a needy woman anticipating that she will then drive other women to vote for that politician. In this process, women too aren’t going to miss this opportunity; they extracted as much legal support as possible to an extent that any person is naturally intimidated from women as a person is afraid to go into a thick forest in the night with no lights.  

Politicians are more than happy to realize that their strategic political agenda of extravagantly supporting women has finally paid off. Besides, if at all they care a little about the repercussion of such an anti-social agenda that could jeopardize the social harmony, they wouldn’t have got into politics, would they? Why would they care about the common man? As long as they are getting their estimated votes to keep them in power by approving lopsided laws for women, they are going paste a wide smile on their face, aren’t they? 

The people who are actually suffering the most in the current scenario are the men. How much ever we praise a man for enduring the colossal pressure from work, family, society and the country, it is not enough. Men have proved that they are men. They might have been on the receiving end, they might be silently suffering, and their ordeal also might have been brutally ignored by the society, but their resilience and endurance; may God be with them.  

Every man in our society has proved to be a hero. He lives for others – first, for his parents, then for his wife and later for his children. Who lives for him? Nobody. He is all by himself in this political country where men are mere numbers and women are human beings. Men are cruelly abandoned by the society who is supposed to be indebted to men. It is disheartening to observe that along with the politicians, women too are marginalizing male-gender to be the stronger gender of the country behind the curtains of patriarchic ideology.  

The whole patriarchic ideology that establishes an obligation on all men to protect and provide has taken away all his human rights, thanks to the politicians for politicizing patriarchic ideology into their political agenda. Women, too, would find is enticing to present biased legal proposal so that they can control men and put them on the receiving end. Why wouldn’t they do so? Isn’t it attractive an opportunity for women to propose a biased law to support women when the politicians are offering them to approve any of their proposals?  

If the political system is with women, if men are obligated to protect and provide women, then who is with men? Who is with men? Who is going to support and protect men?  

The political agenda of giving extravagant support to women has not yet reached it peak and God forbid, if it reaches, this blog too will be deleted by the women’s group because they would even rule the internet – since they have already taken over media.  

Think about it. Who is with men? Who? Can you expect justice where you are just a number and women are human beings? Can you expect any justice when you are falsely accused of some crime you never committed by a woman when the whole judiciary favours only women? Can you expect any political support when the political agenda is to support only women? 

We men are left all alone. All alone. Abandoned in our own country. But, as long as there are men who support justice irrespective of gender, will prevail. The only thing they can do is speak out. Keeping quiet will only make their life difficult. Live in constant legal intimidation from women or live with pride. Don’t let the politicians politicize patriarchy. It is taking away men’s rights. Choice is yours.

These men are the common men; those common men without which our country would come to an abrupt halt and it will easily bring our nation down to its knees. They work day and night so that we, the common Indian citizen, can sleep and live comfortably. Most of them are in dilapidated condition, and some are living on the edge so that we don’t have to live on the edge.  

These men have no personal life. We would wonder sometimes, are they born to serve us ceaselessly? They would get up in the morning, even before the birds rise; then they get on with their work so that we don’t have to face the trouble.  

Still didn’t get the idea who these men are?Okay, let me elaborate. Maybe then you would realize why they are called the invisible men. 

The list of men according to the job they do is given below. 

1) Sewage workers: Imagine! We go to the toilet or bathroom and you see the water isn’t passing and you realize that it’s the same with the whole building. What would you do? You probably use some accessories of plumbing in your toilet to get rid of the stuck-up, but no money in the world can persuade you to do it for all the flats of the building. Just because these men, invisible men, chose to do this work where they don’t have to deal with filthy people, but filth itself for meager amount of money to sustain his family, we are here able to flaunt our interiors of our flat to our friends, and some may even have a kinky bath with their partners.  

These sewage workers ignore the dangers of getting infected with some deadly skin disease from filth. Despite the obvious dangers, they continue to work so that we can live comfortably. Think about it. 

2) Truck/Bus/Taxi/Train/Auto rickshaw drivers: Can you imagine life in this modern fast world without proper transport? Probably you can but definitely you can’t without these men who drive them. Countless truck drivers have no personal life. They eat, drink and sleep in the truck; they live their life in the truck, and also die. We enjoy being in a swanky air-conditioned car having amazing suspension and silent machine with good speed and pick-up, but when we open the window in the middle of a highway, we can’t bear the hot polluted breeze even for a moment. Imagine the condition of these truck drivers.  

Auto rickshaw drivers are the punching bag of the car drivers in the city. Doesn’t matter whose fault is it, invariably, the auto rickshaw driver gets beaten up and we, standing on the bus stop enjoy the scene and share it with our friends enthusiastically. And cops just love these auto rickshaw drivers because half of the bribe collected comes from them.  

Bus drivers are really intimidating, but most of them are surprisingly soft spoken. The conductors have the feet of steel. They stand whole day in a moving bus balancing their feet, moving from one corner to the other, giving tickets and they manage to calculate money amazingly fast. The money and ticket bag that they carry is pretty heavy and most kids love to have one steel box of the ticket. Think about it. 

3) Waiters/Cooks: It is so boring to cook at home and eat especially on a day of celebration like birthday, anniversary, and parties. It’s so wonderful to go to a restaurant, sit cozily and order something that you want to eat, drink in a royal manner. Its fun, isn’t it? We don’t even have to get up and walk to the wash basin to clean our hands; the waiter will bring a cute bowl filled with hot water and a floating piece of a lemon. Who doesn’t like to be treated royally? These waiters are waiters in the literal sense. Have you ever seen a waiter sitting? They just wait, waiting to serve you.  

They choose this work, which pays miserably, so that they can serve you and see you with a smile when you leave the restaurant. They work from early morning till midnight tirelessly, and they have no holidays. The cooks work whole day in a very hot surrounding under tremendous pressure. They know that one mistake of theirs can easily put a lock on the restaurant. And all we do is work really hard to get rid of the food stuck between our teeth with a toothpick. Think about it. 

4) Firefighters: Fire can cook your food and can even cook your house. They risk their lives so that we are safe. Don’t they have their own family? They do. But, more than their own life and the life of their family, our live and family are important for them. They wear large heavily armoured specially made suits that protect them, only up to certain limit. Whatever you do, wherever you are, they are ever ready to march in and risk their life to save yours and your belongings. These brave selfless men have become mere facilities of a modern city having no human emotions, thanks to our insensitivity.    

5) Defense: Kids find military, navy and air-force fascinating. All kids must have played with the toys of machines guns, fighter planes, navy ships at one point of time. Many people who are now into medicine, law, banking, computers wanted to join army or air-force or navy when they were young. The gruesome training of these brave men is a fun to watch sitting at home. They stay with their comrades for many months to guard our borders in the rugged mountains of the
Himalayas in the freezing weather with no facilities, so that we can live freely.  

They yearn for just one opportunity to watch television to rekindle the excitement and vigour into their group. They ceaselessly perform the same task every single day – keeping a vigil at the border. We sometimes watch the parade on 26^th January and admire the sophisticated tanks, fighter jets, and weaponries, but we don’t realize that men in blood and flesh with emotions like ours are using these weapons only to keep us safe. Think about it.  

How would we ever be grateful to these men who subordinated their ambition, money, family, personal safety and dreams so that we, common man, can live happily? Maybe we can’t be grateful because we are shown only the conditions of women. The media is looking at women from a point of view where they believe women are supposed to and ought to and deserve to live like queens, like maharanis of the country. What about men then? Yes, it’s a man’s world where men put their life on the line so that the common man can live happily, and women can live like queens.  

Men are conditioned to live a difficult life without a sigh of complaint and women are conditioned to complaint even when she sneezes. Society is beginning to ‘feel’ for women and is ignoring the ordeals of these men without considering the fact that just because men don’t complain, that doesn’t mean they are enjoying themselves. Do you feel these men are enjoying themselves?  

Ignoring these brave men is only making their life tougher and eventually it will affect every single citizen of the country. Probably that is the time to ask women, who are creating so much fuss about their gender, if they can excel men in these works.  Complaining all the time on petty issues is not Women Empowerment. Get inspired from these brave selfless men instead of trying to live like queens.   

Now you know why they are called Invisible Men.

In case of women, if they want to become a millionaire, they don’t buy a lottery ticket that has a very low probability to win the jackpot. Instead they prefer to earn a million by way of getting married and taking fulsome advantage of our already biased legal system.  

The whole definition of dowry has changed now, thanks to the increasing number of false cases filed by women against their innocent husband.  

If a man, you know, is arrested for demanding dowry, there are 98% chances that he is falsely implicated because the conviction rate is just 2%.  

Eye-opening news has been published in The Times of India Show me the money, Hubby!that clearly warns us that women are no longer the women of yesteryears. Women want money and they want it fast. And they get the money by falsely implicating their husband and their in-laws in a marital dispute.  

The lawyers too confirm this new trend where women are not reluctant to file a false case of dowry on their husband knowing that eventually they have the unconditional support of the Law. Now if the law itself is so composed in that why then why would a woman think twice before filing a false dowry case?? 

Women are getting aggressive to an extent that difference between the couple, which is ideally considered as a part of parcel of marriage life, has been misconstrued as an opportunity for women to teach her husband a lesson by way of threatening him with legal consequences if he does not agree to her terms. 

The legal intimidation faced by thousands of men each day has not yet been treated as a cruelty on men in marriage. The desire of the Women groups for not wanting to provide adequate legal protection for men itself proves they are aware of the situation and would like more and more women to exploit the biased law and continue filing false dowry cases on their husband.  

There are thousands of women who were at first lovey-dovey, caring, and understanding in the beginning of the month of marriage, but after a few months, they begin to show their true colours of greed for power and money. And if the husband stands his ground to protect his self-respect and his parent’s dignity, he will soon face legal intimidation from his wife and will be jailed too.  

The stubbornness, irrational demands, dominative and authoritative nature of wife is considered as part and parcel of marriage life for men. Instead of treating these as cruelty and domestic violence on men, it has become a laughing stock and men are abandoned to repent on his mistake of choosing a wrong partner. His life gets ruined. 

On the other hand, a slightest frivolous spat between the husband and wife is clearly considered as domestic violence on women. Why??? Is this not discriminatory??? And then the wife has full freedom to falsely accuse her husband of dowry harassment if her husband does not agree to her terms.  

Now the whole male-gender is not more than a money-making machine, a walking, talking ATM. Enough of Women empowerment. Now we need Men Empowerment. 

Men are not money-making machines. Men are human beings and they have the right to legal protection.  

It is not surprising to know that soon after the marriage men take the back seat in all the family matters. A woman holds all the authority in the house. Wonder why these good-for-nothing people are propagating that women’s status is lower than men.  

When a woman gets pregnant, her husband may have been strong enough to respect his freedom, but when he becomes a father, all his wishes, desires, self-respect becomes subordinate. And the child has no idea about it. The child only sees that his/her mother is the head of the family and his/her father is a walking, talking bank account.  

The child grows up in an environment where he/she sees that the father does whatever the mother says. The child shares all his/her emotions, secrets, and all about the day with his/her mother, but when it comes to the father, the child only knows that when he/she needs money, demand from the father. And if the father refuses, complain to the mother about the father. The mother, trying to let everybody know that she is the head of the family, will authoritatively demand money from the father. The father gives in, always.  

The child understands from childhood observation that his/her mother scolding his/her father is normal and father scolding mother is abnormal. The child also gets all the training from his/her mother that his/her mother will be always right, and that statement makes his/her father always wrong.  

In almost every house, the father is one who goes to office without saying a word, and comes home in the evening and sits next to the mother pretending to watch television. The child will have no idea what is going on in the mind of his/her father. And in every man’s life, they, one day or the other, realizes that the man who used to provide him with money, comforts and freedom was none other than his father; father who took care of his son by giving up his self-respect only to maintain harmony and peace in the house so that the child grows up in a peaceful environment. But it’s too late to do anything because by the time a man realizes about his father’s infinite generosity, he is already married with a child and then he begins to walk on the footstep of his father.  

Mother has the liberty to express her views, feelings, emotions and worries to her child. But a father, father will never express his emotions and worries to his child. He will silently swallow his loneliness, his emotional predicaments. Whatever professional pressure he might be carrying on his shoulder, he can’t express it. He may have career tension, physical ailment, personal problems, but he is not allowed to share it with his child.  

From the starting years of a male child, he meticulously observes that his father’s job is only to earn money for the family and his mother’s job is to keep everybody happy – by making others follow her terms. Daughters, on the other hand, feel elated watching her mother exercising her authority and wish to marry a henpecked husband just like her father. Sometimes the mother will lead the child against the father to settle scores. There was this incident where a daughter, on the instruction of her mother, filed a false rape case against her father.   

This is where the patriarchic ideology gets distorted. Although a man could be the bread-winner of the house but what if the bread-winner does what his wife says. And that is what happens in every house. But still, some people especially the women groups criticize the patriarchic ideology, an ideology that gave women the status of women. Is this criticism of women groups targeting the patriarchic ideology or male-gender? 

Only when a man becomes a father himself and lives with the same authoritative mother of his child, will he realize that his father was the greatest human being. He remembers those days when he was only seeing his mother’s affection and couldn’t feel his father’s pain. Instantly, he realizes that the labour pain his mother endured for few days was nothing compared to the pain his father has endured only to maintain peace and harmony in the house by living on his wife’s terms.   

Losing one’s self-respect, freedom and living on the terms of one’s wife only to make a peaceful environment for the child to grow is the greatest sacrifice. A mother can be important in one’s life, but she can never become a father. She can never teach a child what a father can.  

At first, a father is a mere bank account, then he becomes the enemy of your habits and your mother, then he becomes sick when you are enjoying with your friends, he retires while you enjoy with your wife, and then he becomes your friend when he is ready to make a will, and then ends up being your role-model, your mentor. By the time your father passes away, you say, “I want to be like my father.”  

Who says we need to celebrate a Father’s Day? Everyday is a Father’s Day. My Daddy greatest.      

There is a significant increase in organizations across the country having the objective of supporting harassed husbands. These organization, comprising of highly educated and experienced people, have understood that in order to attain gender equality, women have demand and attained outrageous legal protection to an extent that men are constantly threatened and victimized.  

What used to be called part-and-parcel-of-married-life for men is now increasingly considered as domestic violence. It is rational that when women are given extravagant legal protection especially on frivolous issues, men should not keep quiet when they are subjected to domestic violence. Men have realized that they will only increase their suffering and ruin their life if they try to save their marriage by continuing to get victimized on a daily basis in the hands of his errant wife.  

Men, usually, are conditioned to tolerate the authoritative and adamant nature of a woman in the family. Women are persuaded to speak out, to fight back on issues that are frivolous, trivial and unjustified. Therefore, these organizations seek to train the minds of men to consider the authoritative and adamant nature of the wife as a potential domestic violence on them. And men are beginning to realize it. 

Most men prefer to keep quiet for not wanting to rock their marriage and women on the other hand, are more than happy to put their husband on the receiving end knowing that the law unconditionally supports them. Men endure blackmailing, intimidation, nagging on a daily basis and nobody can deny it. This, unfortunately, is accepted humorously by the society but when it comes to women, the society assertively comes to the rescue of a woman. Why such discriminatory treatment toward men? 

It is a proven fact that most men fear their wife. And their friends grab this opportunity to make a laughing stock out of their condition. Why? Why a man is not treating such authoritative behaviour of his wife as domestic violence? Some men say, “It is alright, she is after all my wife.” Then why does a wife not think on the same lines? Why the law has given outrageous legal support to women in cases where it is absolutely irrational to even complain to the cops against their husband?  

This double standard of the society has led to increasing number of men committing suicide because there is none who could come to their rescue or help them out from a bad marriage. Who is responsible? The biased laws or the people of the society who still wants to live blindfolded when a man is facing marital problems. 

However, all this is about to come to an end because men’s organization are beginning to form in various parts of the countries to support harassed husbands, provided people understand the necessity of protection to men also. When women are in a position to seek legal help on frivolous issues and bring her husband to his knees, then why not a man has the legal support to protect him from such legal intimidation from his wife?  

Women groups, shamelessly, continue to defend their fraudulent activities to deceive the innocent people of the society. They continue to criminalize male gender and portray that women are the only victims in the society. They also refuse to accept the reality that men are increasingly being harassed by their wife. However, soon these women groups will not be able to defend themselves because people will naturally understand that now, more than women, men needs legal protection.   

Men are beginning to flood the internet with thousands of blogs to increase the awareness about women going to extreme lengths to victimize men. Most women strongly dislike such a development on the internet, which is apparently, unmasking their life and their deception. And some men aren’t able to digest that women could ever be so bad. However, the response of most men on the internet is highly encouraging because they are able to observe the hidden deception behind Women Empowerment.  

These organizations have 24 hour helpline to provide all the necessary counseling and support to these harassed husbands. We can achieve Gender Equality only when both the genders is given adequate legal protection so that either one of them cannot harm the other. There is lot to be achieved for men’s rights. This is just the beginning.

It is an undeniable fact that women prefer male child and men prefer female child. The reason, however, could be a practical one but, as per the Women’s group, Female Foeticide is a crime and only men are responsible.  

A male child will grow up and invariably, will be a support to their old parents, whereas a female child will grow up, get married and live with her husband away from her old parents. Now, it would be gross stupidity to say that physical presence with the parents does not make a difference. Parents are aware that when they get old, retired and helpless, they need somebody of the family to take care of them. Girl child is not capable to do so because she has to fulfill her own duties after her marriage, whereas a boy child is capable to do so when he grows up.  

The practical and reasonable predicaments of the parents have been cruelly ignored and women groups have shamelessly converted this issue as a woman’s issue. They believe that women are having a lower status in the society and which is why female foeticide occurs. The sad part is that even after knowing that women groups are misrepresenting the problem for their ulterior motives, the society refuse to believe the reality.  

More and more outrageous rights are given to women without even considering the real issues. Women of today are not the women of yesteryears. In the old days, women were considered the pride of the family, and now they are considered as a family member who has the potential to bring in shame and humiliation in the family. Whatever a woman achieves or attains, she definitely has the responsibility to maintain the pride and dignity of the family. Looking at the current scenario, there would be hardly any person who would disagree to the fact that women no longer believe in family pride and dignity. She only believes in her own selfish ends and to achieve that, she can go to any lengths irrespective of the family ethos.   

Men, on the other hand, put their family, parents first before their own wishes. They first think of providing financial help as soon as possible even if they have to leave their education midway and pursue a career against his wishes. And women, even after completing their education leisurely, spend all their earning on their personal expenses like beauty accessories, clothes, jewelry. The fact is that people may not have the resources to conduct a survey but they aren’t blind either. People know what the reality is. Parents are already under a tremendous financial pressure knowing the high standard of living, constant threat to their job or business, will usually prefer to have just one child. And if they happen to have a girl child, they figure out that they will have to live all alone after their daughter gets married. But, if they have a boy child, they are positive enough to believe that their only son will take care of them when they are old.  

This practical reason for having a male child is ignored. Why? How many families are there who have two elder daughters and one youngest son? Doesn’t this tell us something? And in all of these cases, in the end, only the son will be there to live with his old parents and both elder daughters would have got married to an NRI living in a foreign country.  

Agreeably, the truth is bitter but these women groups along with media are only making matters worse for the parents by blaming the parents especially the husband, even after knowing that is the woman who always prefers to have a boy child. By not accepting the reality, media is only making the lives of parents difficult.  

By writing articles on female foeticide regularly in the newspaper on how girl child is killed and flaunting the questionable statistical figures on sex ratio will only increase parent’s difficulties. These people are not gutsy enough to provide any relief to these old parents, instead they, for their own ulterior motives, support women and seek government’s nod on their lopsided legal proposals, which creates a new set of problems.  

Shame on these Women groups and Media.

Women are cashing in on the patriarchic ideology of our Indian tradition. Patriarchic ideologies are:1)     Respect all women as mothers and sister.2)     Respect the dignity and modesty of a woman.3)     A man is duty-bound to protect and provide women.4)     Women are mythological figures resembling goddesses.5)     A man should even sacrifice his own life to save a woman.6)     Follow tradition of worshipping women in every house. 

Now, let us have a look at how Women, the Bharatiya Naari, have maintained the patriarchic ideology. Needless to say, our whole Legal System is stubbornly following the patriarchic ideology.  

Women can wear anything. Women want to attract men and when men are attracted, they believe that men are dirty minded. Confused? Women want sex and they seduce men and when men approach them, they believe that men are dirty minded. More confused? Women want freedom and when a man gives freedom, they believe men aren’t loving them enough. Still more to come. Women want men to support them and when men do, they believe that men are oppressing them. She is Bharatiya Naari. 

How to find a loophole and get something done should be learnt from Women. Women want legal protection and they get it by reminding the legal system that they are after all the Bharatiya Naari. And when the legal system follows the patriarchic ideology, women express her dislike of patriarchy because it, apparently, oppresses them. Patriachic ideologies that conflict with their choices of wearing skimpy clothes, getting into adultery or any shameful act, they criticize patriarchic ideologies. And when women want to seek some outrageous legal rights, they seek shelter under the patriarchic ideologies.  

Rakhi Sawant who is famous for wear skimpy clothes, and we are thankful to her to wear at least something, is an item girl dancing on remixes. She flaunts her curvaceous body in such a manner that we are forced to reconsider, what exactly is the meaning of Bharatiya Naari. And when she deserves the response from somebody, like a kiss, she complains, “I am a Bharatiya Naari and Indian Women don’t like this.” Well, it is hard to know whether she is deceiving the people or herself. According to her, Bharatiya Naari should wear skimpy clothes and shake her boobs till the crowd goes havoc and when somebody kisses her, she reminds others that she is Bharatiya Naari. And apparently, she isn’t alone in our country. There is probably millions of Bharatiya Naari who have found guaranteed protection from any offence committed against anybody. 

Hundred of army men commit suicide each year and there is none reported in the media. But when a single woman commits suicide, the questions like, “Are women getting their dues in Indian Army?” surfaces. Issues like, “Women aren’t treated well in Army.” Well, if one wants to be treated well, why would somebody go into army in the first place? Army is supposed to be tough and only tough people can protect the borders of our country. Well, yet again the patriarchic ideology is exploited here by women.  

It is now pretty obvious that women or lets say, Bharatiya Naari are definitely exploiting Patriachic ideology to get what they want. And what they want? They want men to live as per their thoughts, and their thoughts could be anything. And if the men don’t live the way women want, well, men have no choice because women have secured legal protection that would get a man arrested if he refuses to live the way women want. 

Women have gone way too far. This isn’t gender equality. This is tyranny and nobody can deny that. But, still the media, the government and the legal system are following patriarchic ideologies to protect Indian Women, those women who have lost all sense of character and nobility.  

The new-age Bharatiya Naari is establishing tyranny in the country in the name of Gender equality and Women Empowerment with the help of patriarchic ideologies.  

Either men begin to live like slaves or seek out your rights to live life of freedom. Choice is yours. Bharatiya Naari is a sham; it’s a mother of all deception. Say No to Women Empowerment. Say No to protection to women. Say No to patriarchic ideologies. Should we allow Bharatiya Naari to exploit patriarchic ideologies especially when they are taking away basic human rights of men? 

Men must now take their lives in their hands and teach these Bharatiya Naari that without men, they are mere lump of flesh.

Not one but two shocking incident is beginning to haunt the city of
Chennai especially the husband. Women, who are constantly given exaggerated legal protection, are now taking law into their own hands, so that they can have illicit sexual relation with outside men. Are women really so sexually wild and characterless?  

In the first incident, a Chennai-based newly married man, who had been there for the honeymoon, was killed by his new wife. On the honeymoon day itself. The wife called her lover at the place of honeymoon and her husband was brutally killed so that she can enjoy the freedom of having sexual relation with her lover. This shameful, barbaric act of this woman has rightly disgraced the whole female-gender. What would have been the last thought of that innocent husband before dying? God bless his soul.  

In the second incident, a lawyer’s wife gave him sleeping pills and later attacked him with an iron rod and killed him. A woman attacking her husband with an iron rod and killing him is certainly very shocking. After the investigation, police found that her wife had killed her husband so that she can have a sexual affair with his nephew. I repeat “His Nephew.” Apparently, some women just don’t bother about the relation when it comes to sex. It seems that when they want it, they won’t hesitate to have it with anybody.  

However, there are always people who would want to give their irrational contribution to rescue these kinds of women. Dr. D. Narayana Reddy, Sexologist and Psychotherapist, says, “apart from sex, one should see this as a mental imbalance, as there should definitely be a reason that had provoked the wives to take such a decision. Either it could be the torture of the husband, motivation of the lover or some unavoidable family problems. Person who is forced to kill their husband cannot be mentally equilibrated person. They are certainly abnormal.”  

It seems Dr. D. Narayana Reddy has bribed to get medical certificates because he has miserably attempted to cover up the real motivation of the woman. A murder is a murder. It is not new to the people that when a man kills, he is punished unequivocally and when a woman kills, statements like these come up “She was mentally unstable and so she should go scot-free”. Typical isn’t it? Sex is sex. And we all know that women’s sexuality is 4 times stronger and acute than the man’s sexuality, however, women do have the power to control themselves, but lately they are beginning to enjoy extramarital affairs – 1-out-of-4 woman are into extramarital affairs for sex.  

According to Dr. D. Narayana Reddy, these women were forced to kill their husband. The doctor is clearly trying to justify the murder of the wife by portraying her as victim. There will be no surprise if these women will in turn accuse their dead husband of domestic violence in order to persuade the court to give them the victim tag. It has happened thousands of times in the past. Isn’t it amusing that whenever a woman is arrested, there are plenty of clowns out there to justify the crime committed by women? Maybe it’s all part of their Gender equality program where a woman should not be punished even after committing a crime like murder.  

City-based psychologist and sociologist C. R. Celin says, “Other than motivation factors, our films and TV serials play a major role in changing the attitude of women. Most of our television soaps are based on illicit affairs only. Also, there can be other factors like sex. If you bring in promiscuous women to your house through TV, she will soon show up reality too.” 

C. R. Celin’s statement is a little confusing. Is she asking the police to charge all the television serials for abetting a murder? According to her, those who watch these serials, television soaps – which she says are based on illicit affairs – are all promiscuous women and they have the potential to have illicit sexual affairs and can even kill their husband. Now that is extremely scary because television today is filled with such soaps which can induce any woman to kill their husband for sex. Well, then men who wants to marry will have to make sure that girl should not be watching any television soaps because he doesn’t want to get killed by his wife.   

To sum up, women are not hesitating to kill for sex and husband needs to be careful with that. It is such an irony here. Some women cry about marital rape in a scenario where the survey conveys that 1 out of 4 women are into extramarital affairs for sex. And some women cry domestic violence in a scenario where women are beginning to kill their husband to have sex with others. Sounds ridiculous to even pay heed to these false cries of women. This is probably a good time to start believing that women who call themselves victims are holding back a completely different truth, truth that will unmask their cruel intentions. Seriously, husband needs to be careful now.

Sex is a necessary part of marriage, if not most important. Sexual incompatibility too plays a major role in divorce cases in
India. Domestic Violence Bill has clearly specified that husband’s non-willingness to consummate is considered cruelty to women. Marital rape says that when husband is willing to consummate, it is considered marital rape.  

What will a husband do then? If he doesn’t have sex, he is punished for cruelty under Domestic Violence Bill, if he does have sex, and he is still punished for marital rape. Absolutely ridiculous.   

Nobody is unaware of the outrageous ways of these women groups to over-protect and over-pamper female gender. There were already lopsided laws that is prevalently considered as marriage breakers such as anti-dowry laws (IPC 498A), domestic violence bill and now marital rape. Whatever maybe the intentions of these women groups but they are indeed doing a commendable job to ruin Indian families.  

A recent survey revealed a striking reality about Indian women. 1 out of 5 women are into extramarital affairs. That can also be read as 1 out of 5 men are not aware that their wife is into extramarital affairs. Looking at these facts, it becomes much clearer as to why women want marital rape laws.  

A woman having a sexual affair outside marriage is understandably not interested to have sex with her husband. When her lover is satisfying her sexual needs, then why would she want to have sex with her husband? Quite obvious, isn’t it? Her innocent husband, unfortunately, is in love with her and he wants to express his love. The wife is given the right to call her husband’s act as marital rape. Rape? And if the husband goes to a prostitute, still he will be legally punished for patronizing prostitution, as per law. It seems women are saying, “Men have no right to satisfy themselves, they are born to satisfy only us, whenever we want it and how we want it, or we will legally punish them.” 

Will the husband accused of marital rape by his wife want to live with her again? What will the husband think after he is accused of marital rape and arrested on the complaint of his wife? Will he continue to have marriage relationship with her wife? Besides, how will the husband disprove his wife’s false allegations? It is practically impossible for the husband to prove his innocence. Well, then in that case, husbands are not marrying their wife, they are marrying a person who is fully equipped with all legal rights to ruin his life.  

Husband’s condition is extremely precarious especially in
India. First, he is in constant threat of being falsely accused of dowry harassment, domestic violence and now marital rape. Even if he blows up his wife’s extramarital affairs in the court, the law says that the husband will be arrested for abetting his wife’s adultery and the wife can go scot-free. In every imaginable ways, the husband is punished. This is new
India, thanks to women. The law is taking more than necessary care of women; their sexual needs; their monetary needs; their revengeful intentions, and doing everything possible to ruin men’s life.   

Beware to-be husbands. Your life is in great danger. The woman you are marrying has been given legal rights to ruin your life. If you do not live your life as per her terms – her terms could be anything from kicking your parents out of the house, transferring money, investments, property to her name, and living like a slave – you will be arrested and punished legally.  

Think about it. If women are given all these exorbitant legal rights to do anything she wants, why would she not exercise her rights to ruin a man’s life? What will inhibit her to take decision to ruin a man’s life legally? Nothing. If Indian women have a slightest sense of character, they wouldn’t even consider calling love-making between husband and wife as marital rape. The sacred tag attached to “Indian Women” has now turned into a shameful, disgraceful tag.   

When women began joining army, some people appreciated them and some people questioned their future plans. Nevertheless, women’s entry into the army was warmly welcomed by everybody.  

However, a new unnecessary development has crept into the army regiment – taking special care of women personnel. Well, army is a very tough job due to extremely high risk of being killed in a combat. And to stand against the enemies, who by the way are also carrying sophisticated weapons, the army personnel get a gruesome training. The training of these army personnel is very exciting to watch on television but these men of steel have to ignore all pains and focus only on the target.  

Recently, woman personnel committed suicide because she apparently wasn’t able to endure the strict discipline of the army. There are hundreds of young men, dreaming to become an army man, too unable to endure the tough training and committed suicide. Quite obviously, those hundreds of young men committing suicide never reached the media and just one single incident of a woman committing suicide haunted the television and newspaper for days. For women groups, they call this lopsided, absurd conduct of reporting only women related incidents from army as gender equality. 

Women groups complain, as usual, that women are not allowed to face a combat situation, which they call it, discrimination against women. Right. It is discrimination. People would love to see a woman going for a combat against enemies who are carrying weapons and instead of fighting bravely they giving statements to the enemies, “Hey you, I am an Indian woman, you should respect me, put your guns down or I will complain to women organization.” Now it sounds a little funny but when women will really do this, we will have to watch news about how a brave woman gave her life for the country.    

Anyways, for now, let these women enjoy a little bit of company with weapons wearing army uniforms and complain on petty issues. Meanwhile, wise people will continue to be grateful to those brave young men protecting the country from enemies and infiltrators.

Vaishali pondered for a while and asked, “What do you mean anybody?” Falguni replied, “Yes, anybody at all. And you don’t need to give any proof also.” Vaishali was carefully assessing the benefits of such a law, mentally.  

Vaishali asked, “You mean if I accuse one of my colleagues of attempt to rape, then he will be punished without me giving any proof?” Falguni excited said, “Exactly. Isn’t that great? I mean, you can screw up anybody’s life.”  

Falguni continued, “It says that any physical contact can be considered as attempt to rape. And any remark that hurts a woman’s modesty can be considered as sexual harassment.” Vaishali said, “Now that’s what I am talking about. Now we can ruin anybody’s life, anytime. Good for us.”  

Falguni arrogantly said, “I am going to tell my boyfriend about this. I will warn him that if he doesn’t do as I say, then I will accuse him of raping me.” Vaishali chuckled and replied, “Good, I will tell my husband because marital rape is also becoming punishable. If my husband does not do as I say, I will accuse him of raping me.” Vaishali and Falguni, both chuckled joyfully.  

Falguni said, “I am sure, with these laws in the society, every single man will fear us.” Vaishali said, “Yes and they will now do whatever we tell them to do, or else?” Falguni completed the sentence, “Or else they will go to jail.” Falguni and Vaishali laughed carelessly.  

Unfortunately, the above conversation isn’t one fictional story but a reality. Women are getting extravagant legal rights to ruin any man’s life under the name of women protective laws. The failing of the judiciary to think of the possibility of women misusing the rape laws does not prove that they aren’t aware of the situation. The judiciary is very well aware that women have all the abilities to misuse rape laws, but the judiciary is helpless before our political mantra of vote-bank politics – women being the most important element of vote-bank politics.  

It is even more incredulous to know that women organizations, who presumably are established for the social welfare, have proposed these immensely lopsided laws for women. Women should be protected but then laws shouldn’t be composed in a way that gives them open free legal licenses to ruin any man’s life with a false accusation. Not providing any legal protection to men who could very easily be falsely accused by a woman only reveals the sick, selfish and corrupt intentions of women organizations to ruin the whole male-gender.  

The new rape laws aren’t protecting women; they are punishing each and every male-gender unconditionally. Politicians too are shameless as they are granting lopsided legal proposals from unscrupulous women groups to earn votes. 

First, it was dowry law, which is already massively misused in the society, then domestic violence – another marriage breaker, and now rape laws and marital rape laws. It seems that women have become so unimaginably desperate to get ultimate power that they have started fabricating fake statistical reports on crime against women; they have started proposing irrational, lopsided, biased laws to the government; they have started instructing the news media to show women as victims; they have started blowing up women issues out of proportion to get the maximum attention making it a national issue, however trivial and frivolous; and they have successfully put the whole male-gender at a receiving end by taking away all their basic human rights under the name of gender equality.   

Is this gender equality? Any kid with average intelligence will be able to figure out from the current development that women groups are trying to make men their slaves. There is no possibility that these destructive tendencies of women will be stopped without anybody’s objection. Men will now have to object very strongly against this injustice because they are now in a very vulnerable condition. Any man can be falsely accused of any crime on women and he will be convicted even if he is innocent. Now that is a very serious situation for all men. 

It has become so very obvious that women are now working very hard to get all the powers to control men. And men are already under tremendous emotional pressure making them helpless against these corrupt women who are misusing laws to ruin men’s life. The coming years is going to be the worst for all men, unless men realize their vulnerable condition and raises their voice to fight for their “Rights.” It is time that now men will have to fight for their “Rights.” If we don’t fight now, probably we all will one day land up in jail for not living like a slave to these cruel women.  

Think about it. This is getting too much. Enough is enough now. 

Vaishali said, “I am thinking of accusing my colleague of sexually harassing me because he is really talented and as long as he is there in the company, I won’t get a promotion.” Falguni said, “I am thinking of blackmailing my boss with a rape charge because he is very rich and I can demand lot of money from him.” Vaishali shook Falguni’s hand and said, “This is gender equality.” 

Alimony and maintenance has become a lucrative business for those women who think that financial independence and women liberation can be attained only when men are legally forced to comply with his women-centric obligations – to provide women. And women conveniently call men’s obligation to provide them as their “Rights.” Rights or irrational liability on men?  

Nizam suffers 14 crore as maintenance to ex-wifeNizam Mukarran Jah’s third wife, Manolya Onur, sought maintenance from him and fought her case for 11 years and finally she got what she wanted, yet again calling it her “Rights.” She has earned $3 million (approx 14 crore) as compensation.  

She has also secured another $15,000 (Rs. 6 lakhs) per month to meet her daily expenses as well as the expenditure on her 15-year old daughter’s education. She has also claimed that in the past, her husband at promised her to gift his

Chiran
Palace to his daughter. In the end, she says she wants to do some charity work for the city of
Hyderabad.  

Well, one needs to learn the art of looting a man legally from these women. There is an increasing trend of most young men preferring to remain single all their life because they believe that time has changed so much that they will probably end up divorced and will have to live on streets after their wife will be granted alimony and maintenance.  

People are beginning to realize that women empowerment have made men as mere money-making machines. Even after women are beginning to pursue their career, they want men to fulfill their obligation of providing women. Why? Obviously women would love to get all the money from her ex-husband and call it her “Rights.”  

Women are claiming to be better than men, superior to men then why do they want men to fulfill ancient obligation of men to provide women monetarily? Is this some kind of universal scam in our society created by women to harass men? Media is desperately trying to improve the status of women in the country but they don’t know that the general public knows the reality that women will always remain a liability.  

Shame on these women who claim to be better than men but keep an eye on their bank account and seek every opportunity to rob him legally. Women empowerment is a sham; it’s a biggest deception of the 21^st century. And women are trying hard to extract as much legal rights from the Government as possible posing themselves as the weaker gender. People know who is now a weaker gender – men.  

All those legal protection given to women is unnecessary and also anti-social, which these women have been calling it their “Rights.” It’s not their rights. They have managed to deceive the public for long, but not any more. People are now aware that women cannot be trusted at all.

2) Dowry law, which was enacted to prevent any unlawful dowry demands on the daughter-in-laws and protect women from any dowry related harassment, has now become a formidable weapon in the hands of those women who believe that extracting money, blackmailing husband and in-laws and filing a false dowry case on them is their “Rights.” The Government is, as a matter of fact, mainly responsible for thousands of families being dragged into the jail on a false complaint of a money-minded, selfish woman. Even after knowing the torture, legal terrorism thousands of families facing each year, the Government is not willing to take any remedial actions. They are probably waiting for women organization’s directives on this issue who are themselves advising money-minded, characterless women to file false cases on their husband and in-laws calling it their basic “Rights.” 

3) No husband in the World who is never been brutally nagged by his wife. Nagging of a wife, which can easily lead a husband to commit suicide, has not yet been termed as Domestic Violence. Sadly, the husband been nagged, cornered, threatened and blackmailed by his wife has been considered as part and parcel of a married life of men, which is why married men committed more suicide than women. On the contrary, women groups are demanding Domestic Violence Bill to protect only women and not men in the family setup. A wife has been provided exorbitant powers to accuse her husband of domestic violence on absolutely frivolous and trivial issues. Men have no rights to even complain against his wife’s atrocities.   

4) As far as female foeticide is concerned, it pays to address a wrong factor responsible for female foeticide. Women groups do not want to assign any duties on the daughter toward her parents and continue blaming parents for having so-called irrational preference for son. Because of deliberately addressing the wrong factor, many women groups are procuring public funds to help women without considering the plight of those parent whose daughter have failed to fulfill her duties toward her parents. On any given day, a son is better equipped to take care of his parents. Not that a daughter can’t, but she choose not to, thanks to excessive pampering from women groups implying that daughters have only “Rights”, but no duties. 5) In the olden days, education used to only create, but now, education can create as well as destroy. The society has accepted the fact that they must educate women so that they can get married to a rich man. Everything depends on money, isn’t it? And to educate their daughters, parents don’t hesitate to force their elder/younger son to leave his education and start earning so that his younger/elder sister can study, and we have seen such sacrifice in Hindi movies too. The only difference is that we don’t have slightest sensitive feelings for those young talented boys who wanted to make it big after completing their education but are forced to drop out from school/college so that his younger/elder sister can study. On the contrary, Government has even planned to provide free education for female gender even after knowing that 90% of child laborers are boys. It seems that women organizations are determined to give women top posts in any economic activity and physical labour jobs to male gender. These women groups are beyond contemptible. 

6) Media is following the instructions given by women groups to report only and only those cases where women are victims and men are criminals. Women groups have figured out that by propagating male gender to be born criminals, women will gain lot of power. After all, it’s all about money and power and that’s what feminism is all about. Statistical reports on crime against women are grossly distorted to give a picture to the public that women are victims and men are criminals. Their deceptive campaign of women empowerment has become so effective that when a man complains against a woman or a wife, the media, on the instructions of women groups, makes sure that he is publicly reprimanded for hurting a woman’s so-called dignity and modesty. Now, a man can’t even complain, he can’t even report his suffering, he can’t seek legal protection, he can’t even demand justice. And women call this gender equality.   

7) Women becoming an important part of vote-bank politics is probably the worst thing happened to
India. They have now become a part of political correctness too, which people are beginning to realize it but can’t speak against this injustice. Any statement given not in favour of women faces a public criticism, but women groups are free to call all male gender criminals. Excessive pampering to women is depriving male gender to no end.  

So, this is what women organizations have attained in respect to Gender Equality in the country. Who is unable to understand from the above development that women want men to become the weaker gender in the society? It is so very obvious, isn’t it? Not just women, some men too feel that what women groups are doing is good. Exorbitant legal rights have been given to women to harass men legally under the name of Gender Equality. What a deception!! Women are ceaselessly shown as only victims by the media and men the chief culprit, and women groups do the needful to approach the government to approve their lopsided ridiculous legal rights to women.  

However, the day isn’t too far away when people will consciously begin to believe that the whole idea of gender equality from women’s perspective is a deception. The efforts of women groups in trying to make women as demigods of the society and men as criminals will soon deserve its miserable end. Finally, their deception, their conspiracy is out in the open and people are clever enough to know what’s happening under the name of gender equality. These women groups are only responsible for degrading the status of women in the society and we all will be present to observe its pervasiveness.

Anti-dowry law has been enacted to protect women from unlawful dowry demands but has now been a formidable weapon in their hands of women to torture their husband and in-laws legally. Even after thousands of false cases coming out and the Supreme Court too have termed this malpractice as “Legal Terrorism”, nothing has been done to stop the misuse of this law. POTA was abolished because they believed that will put the minority at the receiving end, which will put their own political status under jeopardy. What about IPC 498A? This too is massively misused, then why this law hasn’t been changed? No! This is all part of vote bank politics. They want to appease those e.g., Muslims and Women, so that they get enough votes from them to get into political power. Needless to say, the common man and innocent people are suffering.  

Hundreds of innocent men are killed during interrogation process in the police custody. Farmers are committing suicide. Innocent husband and in-laws are falsely implicated under IPC 498A. Media aren’t stopped portraying men as born criminals. There is an increase in male-bashing advertisement to disarm the masculinity of men. There are hundreds of women organizations to look after the women related issues. What about Men? Who will look after the above issues where men are suffering and nobody is interested to help?  

What sort of apprehension the Government is facing in order to establish National Commission for Men? Or maybe the Women groups are against all sorts of help given to men from the Government. This clearly shows that these women groups are totally anti-social elements in the Indian society and it is necessary to curb their so-called activities toward gender equality and women empowerment, which are actually anti-social activities. Human Rights Commission has just become an organization having no powers and therefore, it becomes imperative that National Commission for Men be established to provide healthy and peaceful environment for the citizens of
India.  

No! The Government is only concerned with appeasement of Muslims and Women. Men are mere animals for the Government. They don’t care if one man dies or one thousand men. They only want political power. And so men will continue to suffer and die and women will continue to carelessly giggle on the way they are given legal rights to do absolutely anything they want to. After all, women are shown as if they can never ever commit a crime, they can never ever lie, they can never ever misuse laws, and they can never ever have any bad intentions. Well, people might not see the reality on television but they do realize what’s happening to the new generation of women and so, even if women are continued to be portrayed as only victims, people know who are the real victims in our society as of now – men.

First, the already lopsided anti-dowry law, which was supposed to stop any unlawful dowry demands from women, has now become a successful legal extortion racket in the society. And the Government and the media has proved that they will not provide any support to those victims who are falsely implicated under IPC 498A because their chief concern is vote-banks and loads of money.  

However, it would be a mistake to conclude that these miscreant women groups will be satisfied with these exorbitant legal rights. They are now focusing on other laws to make it even more lopsided. The credibility given to women in rape cases is so unbelievably high that no man is going to be able to get away from a false rape case. There are many, going in thousands, cases where it was proved that the rape case slapped by the woman was false, but the Government has always kept its eye on the vote-banks and therefore turns a blind eye refusing to amend the laws to provide legal protection to those who could easily be falsely implicated.   

Various laws have been amended especially after one, just one, Jessica Lal case. But opportunist women groups took full advantage of this excessively hyped case, thanks to media for sensationalizing undeserving issue, to sought ludicrous legal rights for women. And the Government obeyed them. The women issues are blown out of proportion to such an extent that the common citizens are wary of the status of women in the society knowing that these women are fully equipped to ruin anybody’s life legally. Perhaps this was the main objective of these women groups behind gender equality and women empowerment – terrorizing the whole male-gender.  

Supreme Court has rightly termed the malicious actions of these miscreant women as “Legal Terrorism.” Are we ready to face this new kind of terrorism in our country, in our own society? It all depends on the media. If media decides to let people know the reality, improvement can be expected. But media won’t do that.      

Recently, an Indian woman Ambika Sharma, married to Indian man Sajjan Sharma, fell from the 10^th storey of her apartment and died in
Russia. The
Moscow police made a thorough investigation and concluded that the death of the woman was an accident and not a foul play. However, Ambika’s parents have a different story to tell about the incident giving a new twist.  

Her parents suggest that Ambika was abused because Sajjan Sharma and his parents had demanded dowry from them of $10,700. Her parents have now filed a complaint with
Ranchi police alleging that Sajjan has pushed Ambika to death over an unpaid dowry.  However, Ambika’s neighbours accepted that the couple was happy with each other.  

It has been seen lately that NRIs are brutally targeted by the National Commission for Women on the basis of questionable allegations of women married to NRIs. Unfortunately, the law isn’t yet amended to verify the allegations of a woman in a dowry cases as the onus of disproving the allegations is only on the accused and the accuser has to just sit back and let the faulty legal system work for her. Nobody has yet objected on the way dowry cases are handled in
India, which purports “Guilty until proven innocent”.  

Ambika’s death, as concluded by the Moscow Police, is an accident but Ambika’s parents are apparently knowledgeable enough to misuse the loopholes in IPC 498A and try to extract as much money as possible from Sajjan by filing a dowry case on him. Preparing to file a false dowry case, Ambika’s mother claims that Ambika has called her earlier saying that she is beaten up and abused by her husband Sajjan.  

Knowing the fact that IPC 498A is grossly misused by many, there is a definite reason to believe that Ambika’s death is nothing to do with dowry demand. However, NCW being busy with drafting policies of NRI marriages targeting NRIs as fraudulent, this case could probably end up by paying a heavy sum of money to Ambika’s parents. This is how 98% of dowry cases are settled in India knowing that only 2% of the cases filed lead to actual conviction.

Maharashtra are – not married: 8.7 males, 6.8 females; married: 30.6 males, 15.4 females; widowed: 38.7 males, 7.0 females and divorced/separated: 135.9 males, 30.3 females.  

The distribution of causes of suicides only in
Maharashtra suggests that for males 31% is due to family problems (wife), 8% is due to mental disturbance, 24% is due to illness, 11% is due to economic reasons, 1% due to love affairs.  

The total number of farmer suicide increased from 1083 in 1995 to 4147 in 2004. Suicide Mortality Rate for male farmers more than trebled from 17 in 1995 to 53 in 2004, but for females the trend fluctuated to reach the peak of 12 in 2001 but thereafter it has been declining.  

978 male farmers committed suicide in 1995 against only 105 female farmer suicides. 3799 male farmers committed suicide in 2004 against only 348 female farmer suicides. From 1995 to 2004, suicide death in
Maharashtra alone increased from 11866 to 14729. This increase is largely among males. Total suicide deaths for females have been declining after 1999.  

From the 111 suicide cases under survey analysis, basic particulars of the deceased indicate that 91% were males, 71% were below 50 years of age, and 80% were currently married.  

NCRB shows 45% men and 25% women commit suicide after marriage in
India. 23000 married men commit suicide due to domestic violence.   

Enough of number crunching and lets get back to the essential facts what the society are induced to believe in. “Let males die”. This is the message sent to the people by women organizations by way of aggressive male-bashing advertising campaign and male-bashing television serials. Their only ambition is to empower women to a biblical proportion so that males are liable to work as slaves on the whims of females.  

These suicide numbers are actuals and not based on some questionable mathematical formula used in determining sex ratio. However, it seems women organizations have found a way to sustain their dying organization by focusing on undeserving issue of female foeticide. It is understandable to get obsessive about a non-issue because when women are getting stronger, thanks to ludicrous legal rights given to them, women organizations are left with idleness and therefore they want something to be raised to sustain their organizational activities.   

Apparently, if somebody wants to form an NGO and like to procure funds, both domestically as well as internationally, then they are advised to address women issues. Everybody is cashing in on addressing women issues. Besides, fabricating fake statistical reports on women’s status in
India can be easily prepared and funds can be procured, which usually end up in going into administration expenses of the NGO. The end result – increase in male-hating attitude in women. 

The fact remains the same whether people are induced to believe otherwise that male’s condition in
India is worse than females’. And women organizations, in association with advertising agencies, television serials and news media, are doing everything they can in their powers to portray females as victims of males. Let’s see how long their deception lasts.

A woman will make some ridiculous demands on her husband and will continue to fight on trivial matters. She will propagate her husband’s so-called non-existent abuse to her family, friends, relatives and neighbours with crocodile tears in her eyes. Then she will go to the police station and give a written complaint against her husband and in-laws knowing that the police will not demand any evidence from her. She will request the police to take the statements of her neighbours who are already misinformed about the situation by her in advance. And there goes the innocent husband and in-laws in the jail while she shows a sympathetic sadness on her face.  

There is an important question to ask ourselves. Why do we tend to believe a woman’s statement and not of a man? Most men believe women because of their inherent respect for women which they learned in their family. Women believe another woman because they have an unending hatred for all men seeing that if their own husband are not submissive than they must release their frustration onto all the men. The hatred for men clouds most women’s logical thinking and judgment. If these kind of women having so much hatred for men join some women organization, it will not take much time for them to rejoice seeing themselves able to influence other women to follow their footsteps and this way all women will begin to hate men. Some man-hating women have joined advertising agencies and are satisfying their ego by producing male-bashing advertisement.  

The hatred for men in women is so prevalent and intense that those women who are never abused or harassed will tend to misunderstand their well-to-do relationship with their husband into an abusive relationship. She will begin to fight on petty issues that don’t deserve to be even discussed and soon the loving chemistry between husband and wife will fall apart. However, the husband is the only one to suffer because he is punished for the mistake/crime he never committed. Psychologists say that those who have such level of hatred for someone with some inferiority complex will tend to support her thinking with a lie and will also exaggerate their claims to earn other’s sympathy. She will continue to lie till she sees the object of her hatred suffer. When she sees the object of her hatred suffering, that is men, they feel a thrilling satisfaction.  

Therefore, men will continue to suffer, which will satisfy the ego of these hate-mongering women unless people recognize the truth that women CAN lie.  

Aggrieved Person is only a woman. A man can never be a victim of domestic violence, which is an absolutely incorrect assumption. If they really like to protect the victim from domestic violence, then why a man can’t complain against his wife when he is a victim of domestic violence? This clearly exposes their intentions to “let men suffer.” And their malicious intentions are disclosed by Renuka Chaudhury, Minister of Women and Child Development and the executor of this bill, who said on national television, “It is men’s turn to suffer.” Well, she is absolutely right; it is men’s turn to suffer now. Just read this bill and decide.  

Here are some loopholes.  

Monetary relief means the compensation which the Magistrate may order the husband/man to pay to the woman, at any stage (any stage meaning?) to meet the expenses incurred and the losses suffered by the woman as a result of domestic violence. (How will the Magistrate assess the amount of expenses incurred and loss suffered by the woman? Maybe there was no expense incurred or loss suffered at all but she can still demand any exorbitant price from the husband/man. Who will not take advantage of the situation where she is given the “so-called rights” to make any demands as she wishes?) 

Shared household means a household where the woman lived or at any stage (at any stage? That means a woman can complain against a man even after the relationship has ended. Now this is a weapon to take revenge) has lived in a domestic relationship either singly (singly meaning?) or along with the husband/man (singly or along with the husband/man? If she has lived singly then how did they lived in a domestic relationship, and if thed lived then how did they shared their household?)and includes such a household whether owned or tenanted either jointly by the aggrieved person and the respondent, or owned or tenanted by either of them in respect of which either the aggrieved person or the respondent or both jointly or singly have any right, title, interest or equity and includes such a household which may belong to the joint family of which the respondent is a member, irrespective of whether the respondent or the aggrieved person has any right, title or interest (interest? Legal title is understandable. What about interest? This is clearly encouraging women to demand anything they like that is possessed by the man legally. All they need is an ‘interest’ in the property of the man, and the law will take care of it, and there goes the property from the hands of the man to the woman) in the shared household.  

Forms of Domestic Violence definitions(a) harms or injures or endangers the health, safety, life, limb or well-being(well-being? This is a very vague term and is open to numerous interpretations), whether mental (how would you prove a mental harassment. A woman can get mentally upset on a big issue or a trivial mundane issue. The scope of misuse here is endless) or physical, of the aggrieved person or tends to do so and includes causing physical abuse, sexual abuse, verbal and emotional abuse and economic abuse; or (b) harasses, harms, injures or endangers the aggrieved person with a  view to coerce her or any other person related to her to meet any unlawful demand for any dowry (when we already have anti-dowry law, then why are they duplicating here) or other property or valuable security; or (why have they categorically mentioned ‘other property or valuable security’?)
(c) has the effect of threatening (how would you prove threatening) the aggrieved person or any person related to her by any conduct mentioned in clause (a) or clause (b); or
(d) otherwise injures or causes harm, whether physical or mental, to the aggrieved person (this is repeated again, it has already mention in the first point). 

Explanation(i) “physical abuse” means any act or conduct which is of such a nature as to cause bodily pain, harm, or danger to life, limb, or  health or impair the health or development (‘development’ is an equivocal term open to any sort of interpretation) of the aggrieved person and includes assault, criminal intimidation and criminal force;
(ii) “sexual abuse” includes any conduct of a sexual nature that abuses, humiliates, degrades or otherwise violates the dignity of woman (define ‘dignity’. Dignity is unrelated to the gender of a person. It is overall character, noble qualities and moral values of a person that makes a person dignified. Generalizing that all women are dignified is incorrect and unjustifiable);
(iii) “verbal and emotional abuse” (verbally, women are much more vicious than men) includes- (a) insults, ridicule (define ridicule), humiliation, name calling (there is endless scope of misuse in ‘name-calling’) and insults or ridicule (which woman has never ever humiliated, ridiculed and insulted a man? There are so many women who have humiliated the man by calling him ‘napoonsak’, meaning impotent. Why is this not an emotional abuse to men?) specially with regard to not having a child or a male child; and
(b) repeated threats to cause physical pain to any person in whom the aggrieved person is interested.(interested? What is this mean? The aggrieved person could be interested in anybody, boyfriend, lover. That means the man should do nothing to the boyfriend/lover of the woman, just keep quiet and let her enjoy adultery) (iv) “economic abuse” includes- (a) deprivation of all or any (define ‘any’) economic or financial resources to which the aggrieved person is entitled under any law or custom (custom?  What is a custom? There are thousands of different customs in the country) whether payable under an order of a court or otherwise or which the aggrieved person requires out of necessity including, but not limited to(not limited to? What is this mean? Something beyond necessity? That is luxury), household necessities for the aggrieved person and her children (her children? “Her”. Did she give birth to a child without the help of a man? Can a woman produce sperms on her own?), if any, stridhan, property, jointly (jointly?) or separately owned by the aggrieved person, payment of rental related to the shared household and maintenance;
(b) disposal of household effects, any alienation (what is ‘any’ alienation?) of assets whether movable or immovable, valuables, shares, securities, bonds and the like or other property in which the aggrieved person has an interest (interest? What is this mean? This means that the assets moveable or immoveable, valuables, shares, securities, bonds and the like or other property may not be in her name but if she has some “interest” (who will not have ‘interest’ in money?) she has the right to possess it legally) or is entitled to use by virtue of the domestic relationship or (or?) which may be reasonably required (reasonably required meaning?) by the aggrieved person or her children (again ‘her’ children?) or her stridhan or any other property jointly (jointly? If the man possesses the property but the title is jointly shared, still the property, wholly and solely, belongs to the woman. only) or separately held by the aggrieved person; and
(c) prohibition or restriction to continued access to resources or facilities which the aggrieved person is entitled to use or enjoy (enjoy? She may like to enjoy anything. Her demands could be anything from a handkerchief to a sports car) by virtue of the domestic relationship including access to the shared household.  

The Central Government and State Government officers including the police officers and the members of the judicial services are given periodic sensitization (forcing them to be sensitive toward a woman complaint even if they appear to be false and fabricated, and arrest the accused immediately, or else face the wrath of women organizations) and awareness training on the issues addressed by this Act;  

Assistance of welfare expert:
In any proceeding under this Act, the Magistrate may secure the  services of such person, preferably a woman(why only a woman? A woman will invariably favour the other woman only, instead of looking into the issue practically), whether related to the aggrieved person or not (related? This is bias and will only make the false case of a woman stronger) , including a person engaged in promoting family welfare as he thinks fit, for the purpose of assisting him in discharging his functions 

Notwithstanding anything contained in any other law for the time being in force, every woman (every?) in a domestic relationship shall have the right to reside in the shared household, whether or not she has any right (she doesn’t have any right but she has the right), title or beneficial interest in the same (Doesn’t matter if she has no right or title to the property, but she has the power to kick the man out of the house legally)  

The aggrieved person shall not be evicted or excluded from the shared household (that means even if the live-in relationship ends, the man has to gift his own house to the woman or else be convicted of domestic violence) or any part of it (any part of it?) by the respondent save in accordance with the procedure established by law 

The Magistrate may, after giving the aggrieved person and the respondent an opportunity of being heard and on being prima facie satisfied that domestic violence has taken place or is likely to take place, pass a protection order in favour of the aggrieved person and prohibit the respondent from-
(a) committing any act of domestic violence;
(b) aiding or abetting in the commission of acts of domestic violence;
(c) entering the place of employment of the aggrieved person (workplace?) or, of the person aggrieved is a child, its school or any other place frequented by the aggrieved person;
(d) attempting to communicate in any form, whatsoever, with the aggrieved person, including personal, oral or written or electronic or telephonic contact (that means after the complaint is made, the man has no rights to communicate with the woman. Women groups were babbling that this law will not break families. How obvious!);
(e) alienating any assets, operating bank lockers or bank accounts used or held or enjoyed (enjoyed? Women love to enjoy like a freeloader) by both the parties, jointly by the aggrieved person and the respondent or singly by the respondent (singly also? The assets, bank lockers or bank accounts singly possessed by the man, actually belongs to the woman), including her stridhan or any other property held either jointly by the parties or separately by them without the leave of the Magistrate;
(f) causing violence to the dependants, other relatives or any person who give the aggrieved person assistance from domestic violence;
(g) committing any other act as specified in the protection order.. 

Residence orders:
(1) While disposing of an application under sub-section (1) of section 12, the Magistrate may, on being satisfied that domestic violence has taken place, pass a residence order -
(a) restraining the respondent from dispossessing or in any other manner disturbing the possession of the aggrieved person (who will declare that the possession belongs to the woman?) from the shared household, whether or not the respondent has a legal (even if the man has a legal title on his possession, he has no right over his own possession) or equitable interest (interests of women is take care of, not the interest of men) in the shared household;
(b) directing the respondent to remove himself from the shared household; (that means even if the house belongs to the man, he can still be kicked out of the house legally by the woman and then the house will be in the possession of the woman legally)
(c) restraining the respondent or any of his relatives from entering any portion of the shared household in which the aggrieved person resides; (the family members of the man is not allowed to live together or even visit the house if the woman does not like it. This is the dream of all women so that she can easily control the life of the man. Women groups aren’t saying that this law will deprive men of their own family love)
(d) restraining the respondent from alienating or disposing off the shared household or encumbering the same; (even if the house or part of the house belongs to the man, he has no right to dispose it off because it actually belongs to the woman. Men possesses nothing, absolutely nothing)
(e) restraining the respondent from renouncing his rights (rights? This bill has left men with no rights, how will he renounce his rights when he has no rights left?) in the shared household except with the leave of the Magistrate; or
(f) directing the respondent to secure same level of alternate accommodation for the aggrieved person as enjoyed (enjoyed? Women just wanna have fun at the cost of a man’s life) by her in the shared household or to pay rent for the same, if the circumstances so require: (that means even after the relationship (marriage or live-in) ends, the man has to give an alternate accommodation or pay rent so that the woman continues to enjoy her life even after the man goes bankrupt. This is good way to buy a house. Get married or get into a live-in relationship and break-up; the law will force the man to gift a new house to the woman)  

Custody orders:
Notwithstanding anything contained in any other law for the time being in force, the Magistrate may, at any stage of hearing of the  application for protection order or for any other relief under this Act grant temporary custody of any child or children to the
aggrieved person or the person making an application on her behalf and specify, if necessary, (if necessary? What does this mean?) the arrangements for visit of such child or children by the respondent: Provided that if the Magistrate is of the opinion that any visit of the respondent may be harmful to the interests of the child or children (yes, men are worse than animals who can hurt their own child), the Magistrate shall refuse to allow such visit.

Compensation orders:
In addition to other reliefs as may be granted under this Act, the  Magistrate may on an application being made by the aggrieved person, pass an order directing the respondent to pay compensation and damages for the injuries, including mental torture and emotional
distress,(now there have established a monetary price to mental torture and emotional distress. This monetary price will extend to the man’s insolvency. Get married or get into a live-in relationship and complain of domestic violence and get very rich) caused by the acts of domestic violence committed by that respondent, 

Upon the sole testimony of the aggrieved person, the court may conclude that an offence under sub-section (1) of section 31 has been committed by the accused. (The man has no right to prove himself innocent. Any false testimony of the woman is considered true and genuine, by default. Women groups say that this law will not be misused. What a joke!)  

Now let us ask this question again. Is Domestic Violence Bill will “Only” protect women from domestic violence? No. This bill is impressively drafted to legally terrorize, blackmail, control, and ruin a man in the name of protective laws for women. The agenda of protecting women is so blown out of proportion that apparently nobody is realizing that in this process, men’s constitutional rights are getting violated in extreme. It seems that women’s group too couldn’t believe it when the bill got passed in the parliament because only a moron could not see what this bill is all about. Women groups drafted this bill with extreme care and thought that they should give it a try to get it approved. And it got approved.   

Would you marry or allow anybody to marry a woman when such laws are available with the woman? It is suicidal.

Here are some of her arguments.    

“Women live in dangerously self-embracing situations. Even if you see it as a ferocity in the Act or the ambit is too wide, please understand that women are burnt to death, beaten insensitivity” 

Do you have a statistical proof that women are living in dangerously self-embracing situation? It is your own views and you don’t have constitutional rights to make laws on the basis of your self-opinionated perception. As far as women are burnt issues are concerned, we already have IPC 498A. Your arguments are lame and unjustified.   

“There’s always need for corrections and amendments in any law as we progress, as a society develops and the need arise. But for what? Hypothetically, before we reach the bridge and cross it if you want me to make amendments, I wont.” 

You have crossed all boundaries of sanity. You don’t even know what you are talking about. IPC 498A is misused now. What amendments and corrections have you planned? You said society is developing and hence the law too must change accordingly. What is your action plans to curb the misuse of 498A? Instead of resolving the issue of 498A misuse; instead of providing legal protection to those innocent families who are legally terrorized by the women you are calling ‘victims’, you have come up with yet another draconian law to multiply the suffering of innocent people. More than 600,000 families are legally threatened of false dowry harassment complaint each year. What have you done to stop this legal terrorism? You said we need to correct and amend the laws as we progress and society develops. What corrections and amendments have you planned in IPC 498A?    

To question on whether men should suffer before the Act undergoes changes, she said, “That’s not a bad idea.” 

Who made you the Minister of Women and Child Development? You are definitely a male-hater. When you already are a male-hater, then why you are giving lame justifications that woman needs protection. Just say it openly that you brought Domestic Violence law to torture men. What are you afraid of? You are a minister. You can even physically assault a police officer and go scot-free. If somebody is criticizing your Domestic violence law, why don’t you just say that you want all young wives/girlfriends of the country to torture men legally? Just say it. Stop concealing your ulterior motives behind lame arguments and justifications.     

“Any law is better than no law at all” when protecting women are concerned.” 

Do you even know the principles of Law? You need to go back to school. First you are saying that women needs protection, you say that men should suffer, and now you are saying that law is better than no law. As per the Constitution of India, every citizen has the Right to Equality (Art 14-18)(1) Equality before the law (ii) Equal protection of the laws, just in case you entered politics without reading the Constitution of India. If you think law is better than no law, then why have you not provided equal legal protection to men under domestic violence bill? Even if you have some personal hatred for men, which is evident and you also confessed it, you still have no rights to pass such law that is violating the constitutional rights of men. According to the Constitutional of India, men have the right to equality before the law, and therefore, your denial is unconstitutional and deserves to be legally prosecuted for violation of the Constitution of India for accomplishing your own personal vendetta by enacting such biased laws and saying that it is for the protection of women.  

“What you deem as silly is really not something I’ve created today. Under the IPC speaking in a vein that is denigrating to the status of women, which removes her from dignity, is very much an act (offence).” 

Do you even know the definition of Dignity? Dignity is not gender-specific. It is the quality of the character, values and ethics of a person. Are you saying that men have no dignity at all? Besides, every single man, one time of the other, is brutally nagged and humiliated by the woman in his life, which degrades his dignity. Why is that not an act of offence? According to you, if a man insults a woman, he should be punished, and if a woman insults a man, she should not be punished. Is this how you understand the principles of law?    

“It’s over-trivialising and over-simplifying this Act. Please understand, despite all the checks, women are burnt,” 

First, how do you plan to check the incidents of women being burnt to death when domestic violence bill has absolutely no clause referring to this issue? Maybe you haven’t read domestic violence bill because you are so much self-engrossed into torturing men, that you missed out the clause of women being burnt to death in domestic violence bill. If you are aware of that, please think a little deeper if you have to deceive people. People know more than you can ever imagine.  

“Because of a minute percentage of people who misappropriate an Act are you saying I should not bring an Act?” 

Minute percentage? 90% of the cases filed under dowry harassment law 498A are false. According to you, this statistical figure is minute percentage. Is that correct? If you think you want to conceal the truth, then your efforts are going to be fruitless because when so many people suffer from such draconian laws, the common man will come to know what is what. By denying, you are only putting a full stop on you political career. Instead of tackling the present crisis, you are impatiently brought in another biased law that will be misused on an unprecedented scale.    

“We have put in broad parameters and we will see in which direction the law goes.” 

You will only make sure that the media does not expose the scale on which domestic violence law will be misused. That is your broad parameters. That is what you have been doing in case of 498A misuse. You have already ascertained the direction of the law, which can easily be observed the way it is drafted. Men and innocent families will suffer and that is exactly what you want, and you also confessed it.   

“One in six women is raped, murdered, beaten to death, sent into mental asylums. I don’t think that is funny.” 

You may not think it is funny, but whoever reads your opinion will find it hilarious. One in six women is raped? From where did you get this statistics? There is no way you came up with this idea on your own, and if you did, you need to consult a doctor who will cure your paranoia. It is possible that you are considering the conjugal intercourse between married couples as rape. Then why don’t you accuse your own father of raping your mother?   

“I cannot accept every divorce has been examined on the merits of the case.” 

You surely need to understand the principles of laws. According to you, the judgment of the judiciary should not be based on the merit of the case. That is what you are saying?     

“I am empowering my women (with) the right to access the dignity to their life. If they have been denied justice in other fora, if they have been given an ex-parte divorce in their absence, if they have had no money to go and appeal in the courts and they are denied their rights and if the husband suddenly declares he’s bankrupt and won’t give them alimony,” 

Empowering women? According to your conduct, it appears that you like to empower women by violating the constitutional rights of men. And you proved it by setting an example of your own self. On January 20, 1993, Assistant Sub Inspector Suraj Mal, posted on the route at Kautilya Marg near Teen Murti on which the Prime Minister
was to pass, had detained Chowdhury’s car. You then got down from the car, quarreled with Head Constable Janki Ram, also on duty, and abused him besides giving him fist blows and kicks, thereby, obstructing him from performing his duty. Criminal case was filed against you under IPC 332 (voluntarily causing hurt to deter public servant) and IPC 353 (assault or criminal force to deter public servant from discharging of his duty). Is this what you mean by empowering women? Is this how you like to encourage women of the country saying that you’ll torture all men and the law will only punish men? 

Honorable Minister of Women and Child Development, Smt Renuka Chowdhury, has eloquently described the way she has effectively engineered the destiny of our Indian Families and Marriage. It is now up to Indian men. Either they try to protect the Indian culture and marriage, or protect himself. If he attempts to protect the culture, the law, prepared by male-hating feminists like Renuka, will ensure that he is bankrupt, humiliated and imprisoned along with his own parents. In this process, these male-hating feminists believe will protect women and also have access to dignity in life. In the name of women empowerment, Men’s constitutional rights are butchered, Indian culture is destroyed and marriage will become extinct.

Q.2 Men too are victims of domestic violence. Then why have you not provided legal protection to men under Domestic Violence Bill?  

Q.3 You gave a statement on national television saying, “It is men’s turn to suffer”. Is that true? If you did, what do you mean by that? 

Q.4 Do you agree that verbal or emotional abuse in Domestic Violence bill is a subjective and relative term? How will you make sure that using these clauses, women will not misuse this law?   

Q.5 Domestic Violence Bill is applicable in live-in relationship, too. Do you have any statistics showing that women who are into live-in relationships are victims of domestic violence? It is unlikely that rural women will ever be in a live-in relationship. 

Q.6 When we already have anti-dowry law 498A, then why have you incorporated the clause of dowry harassment in Domestic Violence Bill also? 

Q.7 One clause says that if a woman does not have a legal title over the man’s property, if she has some interest, she can demand the property legally using domestic violence bill. Don’t you think this clause is violating men’s right?   

Q.8 A clauses says that if a man ridicules, humiliates or abuses the woman sexually or violates the dignity of the woman, he is subjecting the woman of domestic violence. How would you define dignity? Dignity is not gender-specific. It is the quality of character, values and behaviour of a person irrespective of the gender. Are you saying that men have no dignity? 

Q.9 Even if the assets, bank account/locker solely belongs to the husband, the woman has the rights to demand from the man legally according to domestic violence bill. Are you not trying to legalize extortion for women through this bill? 

Q.10 Domestic violence bill also includes economic abuse. If a woman is asking something in monetary terms that the man can’t afford, do you think that the man should be imprisoned for this?  

Q.11 You are requesting the Government to sensitize the police officer toward women in handling domestic violence cases. Do you want the police officer arrest the accused if they find the case to be fabricated?  

Q.12 The clauses in Domestic Violence bill says that after the marriage or live-in relationship ends, the husband must provide alternative accommodation or pay the rent to the woman. According to the Hindu marriage, bigamy is a punishable offense. But live-in relationship that has no legal standing, a woman can have a number live-in relationship at the same time. What do you have to say about it? Are you not providing an opportunity to women to use domestic violence bill to extract property of the man legally?  

Q.13 Domestic Violence Bill has established a price to emotional distress and mental torture and ordering the man to pay to the woman as compensation. Do you think those women who are not actually mentally tortured will never want to make quick money out of this clause? Why? Q.14 You have already included live-in relationship in Domestic Violence Bill. What will be the responsibility of the woman to prove that she did had a live-in relationship with a man? What if the relationship never existed?  

Q.15 The bill says that the woman has the right to ask the Protection officer to restrain the family members of the man to come and live together or even visit the house. Is this not violating the fundamental rights of the family members of the man? If not, how? 

Q.16 The bill also says that the woman has the right to ask the protection officer to direct the man to leave the house. Is this not violating the rights of men? Even if the house legally belongs to the man, he is kicked out of his own house. Is this how you like to protect women?  

Q.17 One clause says that after the complaint is registered, the man will have no right to communicate with the woman in any ways. If a person is arrested, the police will provide the person the right to contact anybody. And here you don’t want the man to contact the woman at all. What are you trying to do?  

Q.18 The clause says that even after the live-in relationship has ended; the man can’t evict the woman from his own legally possessed house. Are you saying that even after live-in relationship ends, the man is liable to provide the woman? When the live-in relationship is not legally recognized, then how can you constrain men’s fundamental rights?  

Q.19 The clause says that even if the live-in relationship existed in any point of time ever in the past, the woman has the rights to complain against the man for domestic violence. This way the woman is given a way to take revenge and extort money legally from the man whom she had a live-in relationship in the past. What do you have to say about this?  

Q.20 The clause says that upon the sole testimony of the woman, the court can conclude that domestic violence was committed by the accused. That means the accused is guilty until proven innocent, and the woman need not prove her allegations. Do you think that this approach is as per the legal principles? Are you not taking away the constitutional rights of men? How? This way the bill will be misused just like 498A. What do you think about this? 

Q.21 You know 498A is massively misused. You also know that Domestic Violence Bill will also be misused. What do you want to do? Is this how women can be protected by taking away all constitutional rights of men?  

Q.22 You said that this bill is only to protect women from domestic violence. But the bill can easily break millions of families. Is this what you want? 

Q.23 Many families, lawyers, NGOs all over the country are objecting on the way the bill is drafted. You don’t seem to be worried at all. Do you think their objection is baseless? Are you going to ignore them like you are doing in case of 498A?   

Q.24 After all this, do you think you deserve to be the Minister of Women and Child Development? When you have introduced draconian laws like DV Bill and have not amended 498A, you don’t have any rights to ruin Indian family. What do you have to say? 

Q.25 Are you not going to step down from the ministry for destroying Indian families and marriage? Why not?

Male gender in the family is primarily about responsibilities and by-God he has never disappointed anybody for his courage and resilience. He happily fulfills the economic wishes of his family even when he is in great pain. Millions of men have worked in some of the most inhospitable location, done the most dangerous jobs, slogged under the scorching sun, never grumbled when he slept empty stomach; he is the epitome of responsibility and courage. The ability to face crisis, and stand against the torturous emotional weather is the mark of a man.  On the contrary, women have been so far successful in demeaning the man’s courage and the ability to shoulder responsibility by saying that women were oppressed by men for centuries. For all the sacrifice made by male-gender of the family to protect and provide women, this is what men get in return: humiliation and false allegations. Furthermore, only a woman who fails to respect her father would say that it’s a male-dominated society where women were always oppressed by men. It is a proven fact that a man’s life has always been more gruesome and torturous than women. And women have always been secure under the protection of men.  

Indian society has never been a male-dominated society because men have always lived his life for the protection of women in the society. Even now. But now women have turned the tables. Now women want men to fulfill her desire, which has always been like this from the start, but now women have started refusing to accept slightest responsibility. Not only women want men to perform his duties but also want that women are making them do it or else they would again start oppressing women. Such humiliating allegations had been tolerated by the society only because they are women and men are expected to bear the responsibility of women.  The very belief system of protecting women stems from the attitude of men toward women. And now this belief system has been so manipulated by women that they have criminalized the whole male-gender to an extent that there is absolutely none to consider the plight of men in the society. This negative development has been encouraged by politicians for vote-banks and feministic media. Politicians believe that as long as they are getting the vote-bank and remain in power, the common man’s suffering should remain unnoticed. And this attitude of politicians has been cunningly exploited by women’s group to their advantage for encouraging all women to victimize men legally.  

By sensitizing the society toward women, they are forcing the society to be insensitive toward men and this can be clearly seen in the way law and order treats men. The truth is that women were never the weaker gender. It was the religious obligation of men to protect women for which he will be awarded highest heaven. But now men have become the weaker gender, thanks to ungrateful women. Men are expected to protect women; women have always been protecting other women, now who will protect men? If this unfortunate condition of the society continues to treat men as criminals and women as victims, then women, in the long run, will suffer ten times more than men.  It is a highly precarious situation for men because he is constantly bombarded with his obligation toward women especially when there are no deserving women left. Now there is much more of women than meets the eye. Women have proved that they have an innate ability to destroy men. Women will soon be paying a very high price for torturing men in this way.

Only when the man realizes that now he can start saving money for the education of his children, his wife will pull out her much deliberated lists of demands. She will demand her in-laws to live separately. She will demand equal rights in the in-law’s ancestral property. She will demand the transfer of title of the house to her name. The husband, being gullible and God-fearing will not see any harm in approving most of her demands. He would, however, respectfully explain to her that he cannot ask his parents to live elsewhere. She will complain to her parents of being harassed by him and he will soon be reprimanded for treating her like this. He submissively tries to mitigate the situation by apologizing. After all, if the marriage breaks apart, the society will accuse him only irrespective of whose fault it is.  After regular blackmailing, she will complain to the police of dowry harassment and domestic violence. The police, like scavengers, will immediately arrest him and his parents. The cops are also helpful to them explaining the unofficial mechanism if they want to escape imprisonment. They will be asked to cough up mind-blowing monetary compensation as demanded by the accuser. Who would want to get entangled in our notorious legal system especially one who is accused by a woman? They reluctantly give away huge chunk of their ancestral property to the woman to settle the case. The woman is happy to earn so much money that it is only a dream of people to earn it in such a short span of time. She walks away with fortune and a tag of being a victim of domestic violence, and the husband walks away bankrupt and a tag of being a culprit who wrongly got acquitted.  

It is all about money. As soon as the husband tries to re-collect his composure, he then gets slapped by the court orders commanding him to provide maintenance to his wife. Now he is slogging day and night to earn to make ends meet and a portion of his earning is going into the hands of a woman who legally destroyed him. The woman is thankful to such laws in place and also flaunts her assertiveness to her friends and relatives for fighting for her so-called rights.   Woman’s rights are all about a man’s liability. More and more women are happy to increase men’s liability calling it as their rights. Women have proved that women’s liberation is all about strangulating men’s rights. What started off as a beginning of a new life of happiness for the husband, abruptly ends by becoming bankrupt, defamed, and humiliated. And for the woman, it has always been about money before marriage, after marriage and after divorce. There is no stigma on the woman for filing a false harassment case on her husband and in-laws and blackmailing them for money. What is more disturbing is that people continue to believe that women are always the victims. And to make sure that women continue to make a business out of the marriage, women groups work hard to propose women protective laws, gender sensitivity, legal leniency toward women, uplifting women’s status and defaming men as born oppressors.  In the business of marriage, men are not more than money-making machines and women are no less than legal extortionists.
